I've been fortunate enough to do over 100 loans over the past 10 years with Brian including my own. While he consistently provides the most competitive rates the market has to offer, what is most impressive is the wealth of knowledge, experience, guidance, and trust that he and his team brings to the table. Especially now as markets continue to become more complex and fast paced, it's extremely important to have someone with that veteran experience to guide you through and provide sound advice. Once you find that perfect home, contract to close is always a smooth process due to the high level of organization and attention to key details that can sometimes derail other deals so you never have to worry about closing and doing so on time. Brian has always and will always be my go to and most trusted lender in the business and I cannot recommend him enough.

Brian helped my wife and I buy our first starter house, and now he just helped us buy our second house with more bedrooms for the three growing boys. He has always been quick to answer our calls and emails, we never had an unanswered question. In 2021 we refinanced with him for a great low rate. However the best part about the refinance was when his office reviewed all of our documents. They found an error of Cook County, we appealed Cook County and received almost $10K back from Cook County. His office does not just do what is expected, they care and go above and beyond. All around great service!
