Terrible---no confidence package will be brought to the correct address.Last 3 weeks i have had 2 packages delivered to wrong address.We never know what time we will get our mailWill slam mailbox door so hard it bounces open and they drive away.Unable to contact post office by phone

Zero customer service. May or may not get your mail or packages even when the correct address is listed.

They are too lazy to walk a few steps to put local mail in the local mail box in the building.They are rude to customers.

Left mailbox agape in a snow storm with an envelope containing paper collectibles inside.If I hadn't been leaving shortly after the storm started it could have completely ruined my delivery.

Being as rude as possible must just be a government employee thing. I had a couple simple questions as a new resident in town. She could not have been more annoyed about it.Second lady was just as rude! If you’re going to force everyone to come in to the post office, then expect to have to work. While you’re at work.They are the actual worst. I will drive to Aurora where people have manners

Horrible customer service, have dealt with the same person on another occasion. I know you can’t deliver what you don’t have, but ya think you may be able to try to find why it’s taking so long (in system for 10 days) for delivery? I think the pony express would be quicker!!!
