Man I really wanted this place to work for me because it’s close to my house but I had a horrible experience with the lady ! The older lady is so rude I made sure to call ahead to ask if they did what I was looking for and the man on the phone was so nice n said he did ! So I made an appointment I get there n the lady is upset that I got there at that time I guess idk but the man sat me at a pedicure chair and he started on my nails I wanted a fullset and pedicure so he started both at the same time which wasn’t bad but the tools the lady used on me was from
The tools she was using b4 I got there and she used the same gloves she had on I don’t think she washed her hands just went from one pedicure to the next n mine lasted about 10 mins tops I can tell she didn’t want to do my nails plus I’m plus size n I think she didn’t like that. So it was a fast pedicure n she didn’t want to do my toes like I asked over the phone so I wasn’t happy but the man finished my full set n after that he asked if I still wanted what I called for n I said yes so he took me back to the pedicure chair n he did it so I’m happy about that but she didn’t like that at all n i noticed while he was fixing my toes she was using the tools that was used on me with the next two people with out cleaning them and she made me bleed!! But the guy was nice and had to back track but the lady was horrible n made me feel so un welcomed she was nice to the others people just not me n they had longer pedicure n she rubbed there legs longer then me n I paid $50 for a 10 mins pedicure no massage or lotion or nothing she did wash my legs but used the dirty water my feet was sitting to wash my legs off and she just cut my toes nails cut me N tapped on my legs a few time n was done I paid $95 for a full set and pedicure which was not bad at all but my pedicure was not worth it and was unsanitary n only 10 mins just nails cut n a few legs taps but my nails was amazing the guy was amazing! I did go back if would be for him but doubt it I have never felt so uncomfortable and the man made me stand up in the pedi bowl filled with water to move my chair back I didn’t wanna do but he made me the chair was fine where it was at n that could have been bad :/ ugh

Good gel pedicure, but nail tech tries to upsell for more services. A bit too pushy for me.

It was several months ago in october when i went here but I can say for sure I wont go again because of the terrible customer service. I literally left crying because the lady was so mean. My nails looked fine, i just got a gel manicure. Keep in mind I was getting engagement pictures the next day so i wanted to like my nails. I had originally chose a color that i liked on the plastic swatch color things they have, but when she started painting my nails I was a little skeptical. I let her get to the second coat in case it would look more opaque and i just really hated it. It looked way different on my nail than it did on the swatch because the plastic swatch nail was white instead of what a real nail looks like, and the color of the polish was sheer so it just did not look good. So I, with extreme social anxiety, decided to speak up and ask if I can change the color. She was SO RUDE to me. She immediately started in the most condescending tone saying “you chose this one whats wrong with it” several times and every time I politely said it just doesnt look the way I expected and i dont love the color. Finally she rudely told me to pick another color and I got the color I wanted. I was completely in shock at how she would be so rude. I would have been willing to pay extra because she had to use a tiny bit extra nail polish so there is absolutely not a singular excuse to be that rude.

I go there all the time! They do quality work, so detail! I have acrylic nails and they are beautiful! Very happy, the other places I have been, your just never know. Shiny nails, dull nails. Only go to TT Salon‼️

The gentleman who did my nails (acrylic) did an amazing job. He made sure my nail lengths matched. And what I loved the most is how natural my acrylic nails look. Also, the price was great. Definitely coming back!

i would not recommend this nail place. they aren’t friendly. my nails got ruined less then a week after getting them done and they wouldn’t do anything about it or refund me. would never recommend
