Lied about the timeline twice. Kept my only work truck for 75 days to do a head gasket replacement. Poor customer service. Zero updates with progress. Vehicle returned to me with low coolant. Coolant was so rust colored and chunky another shop had to flush the system three times to clean it out and told me it was actually water and not coolant that was replaced by this shop. The inside of the office looks like an episode of hoarders, and the outside is a haphazardly parked used car graveyard around 100% of the building. Maybe they used to be good but i wont go back even if these head gaskets fail. Garbage

Had my center link, tie rods, hubs and a few other things replaced and the parts that were in the truck look exactly the same from old parts. My steering stabilizer bolt was just sitting in its place with the nut on the bolt half way screwed on. Not the first time I’ve heard of this issue of them not replacing parts. I refuse to bring it back as they tell me to every time I call in I can’t ever get a straight answer on anything.
