Just walked in. We have had really good experiences with Verlo before. The person working didn't even acknowledge us. No "hello " or "be with you in a moment ". I suppose we will just bring our business elsewhere.

Did my research on an adjustable Queen Size Mattress. Went to Verlo in Sleepy Hollow. In working with Sam we had was such a great experience and were very satisfied with our purchase. Sam walked us through the show room and really took his time to explain the different types of mattresses and the comfort levels. Not only does he sell the mattresses but he also builds them! Great buying experience from start to finish!

We shopped around for new mattress and are so happy we purchased from Verlo! Our sales rep Sam took his time to explain the features and helped us quickly find what we were looking for. When we needed an adjustment to the purchase, he took care of it right away. Delivery was quick and everything was set up for us in minutes. The V9 mattress is very comfortable, and our backs were feeling better after just 1 night! I highly recommended working with Sam at Verlo for a quality mattress purchase from a highly reputable company.

Wonderful mattress shop! Hand made on location (US made, local business), very short turn around time. They do comfort adjustments for free in the first 180 days (or so) after purchase.Cost-effective for good quality mattresses and you don't have to wait 4 to 6 months for it to arrive! We've been very pleased with their service and our nice Verlo mattress.

Really solid customer service!! If your in the market for a new mattress give your business to this local family owned store. All American products are used and your mattress is built right there. And the delivery guys were just prefect! Sam will take good care of you!

I didn't realize how much I missed a coil spring mattress until I bought one from Verlo. I replaced my 10 year old foam-only tempurpedic with an individual coil spring mattress from Verlo and started sleeping better from the first night. I also woke up with no more back pain, which used to happen every morning with the foam mattress. Talk to Sam at Verlo, he will find you a great mattress that will be more comfortable and better for your back than what you are probably sleeping on right now.
