They take good care of us here. Sending in our bed for a comfort adjustment and they are going above and beyond to make sure our bed is perfect for our needs! This is my first Verlo mattress, but I will not hesitate for my next bed to be from here.

My husband and I had the best shopping experience with Verlo. Everything was hassle free. The sales guy did not pressure us into buying and once we decided to buy a mattress he didn't pressure us to upgrade. I really like that he was informative but yet patient with us on making our decision. Delivery was also a breeze. The guys were right on time and very polite.
We won't be needing another mattress anytime soon but when we do we will for sure be coming back to Verlo.

Sam Salameh was so helpful when my husband and I visited to buy a new mattress. He explained all of the options, asked us our preferences, and helped us find a mattress that would be the perfect fit for us. He answered all of our questions and was so friendly and communicative! I shopped at a few mattress stores and wasn’t thrilled with the salesman, pricing , and the sales tactics .I was getting frustrated ! I ended up going to Verlo mattress in sleepy Hollow. I met Sam and he inform me how their beds are custom built with all American products in their store. I purchased the V3 plush top and I couldn’t be happier! I look forward to going to bed at Night and knowing that I’m going to sleep well. Sam was a pleasure to work with and my mattress was money well spent !!! Also I’d like to add that Sam not only greets you in the store but actually is one of the men that custom builds your mattress . That’s the benefit of Verlo mattress!

Just walked in. We have had really good experiences with Verlo before. The person working didn't even acknowledge us. No "hello " or "be with you in a moment ". I suppose we will just bring our business elsewhere.

Did my research on an adjustable Queen Size Mattress. Went to Verlo in Sleepy Hollow. In working with Sam we had was such a great experience and were very satisfied with our purchase. Sam walked us through the show room and really took his time to explain the different types of mattresses and the comfort levels. Not only does he sell the mattresses but he also builds them! Great buying experience from start to finish!

We shopped around for new mattress and are so happy we purchased from Verlo! Our sales rep Sam took his time to explain the features and helped us quickly find what we were looking for. When we needed an adjustment to the purchase, he took care of it right away. Delivery was quick and everything was set up for us in minutes. The V9 mattress is very comfortable, and our backs were feeling better after just 1 night! Wonderful mattress shop! Hand made on location (US made, local business), very short turn around time. They do comfort adjustments for free in the first 180 days (or so) after purchase.Cost-effective for good quality mattresses and you don't have to wait 4 to 6 months for it to arrive! We've been very pleased with their service and our nice Verlo mattress.

Really solid customer service!! If your in the market for a new mattress give your business to this local family owned store. All American products are used and your mattress is built right there. And the delivery guys were just prefect! Sam will take good care of you!
