Alex and Kim make a wonderful team. Every session with Alex was one on one with no distractions from other clients. He definitely helped me with my balance and mobility issues. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Alex Kranz is a wonderful physical therapist and is professional, providing his patients with special medical care modalities to assist in healing. The environment at 1st Choice PT is clean and the equipment used during therapy is helpful. I would recommend 1st Choice to my friends and family.

I had vertigo which I thought would go away on its own. It did not. Dr Alex tested me and confirmed the vertigo. He did all my therapy versus other places I have been where you get schlepped off to a PT assistant. I will definitely use 1st Choice PT again!

After Alex did a fantastic job helping me recover from toe surgery, I returned to 1st Choice when I had back and hip pain. Once again, Alex did great work and helped me to feel much better. I strongly recommend Alex, he knows his stuff!

My doctor recommended 1st Choice and I'm glad I went there. Alex is very professional, helpful, and listened to my concerns. Kim was also very helpful and friendly in helping me schedule my appointments. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

I came to 1st Choice because of my shoulder pain. I feel the pain when I change cloth. Alex has been a bog help. He patiencely evaluate my situation. He did a throughout assessment on my first visit, then he drafted out my first few sessions. He make adjustment to each session depends on my feedback on how I feel. He is friendly and polite. I enjoyed my sessions there with Alex.

I had a lot of issues. I worked with Dr. Amy, Jodi and Linda. They worked together to help all of my needs. They were very patient and encouraged me in the exercises they gave me. I felt that they were walking this healing journey with me. I kept hearing, "Time is your friend." Which is so true! Not only were the therapists excellent, the administrative staff was, too. I worked with both Kims and Cami. By God's grace, I officially "graduated" out (LOL). Dr. Amy recommended that I receive massages (medical massages) to help further the healing. She recommended I go to Advanced Medical Massage and the therapist there is excellent as well. I HIGHLY recommend 1st Choice Fyzical.

Amy was absolutely amazing. I had extreme neck pain and could barely move, when I first started. Today was my last day and I feel wonderful. Between therapy and the CBD balm (miracle in a stick) I’m virtually pain free. I highly recommend 1st Choice FYZICAL.
