Zara's is a beautiful store, not to big,unfortunately, but always something new and cool.Love it ,should definitely store there won't take long pricies are fair!! Not like expensive, but certainly not cheap!! It's worth a stop!!

I was trying on a blazer in the store, and this female employee strongly asked me to take the blazer off and hand it to her so she could hang it back on the rack. She rudely said, “If you wanna try stuff on, go to the fitting room. Don’t just try it here! ”Are you serious?? Are you kidding me?what a ridiculous!Even when I try stuff on at Louis Vuitton, no one’s that rude . I didn’t catch her name, but she was this older, long-haired woman who looked

I came in to make an exchange and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The associate who helped me was condescending and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She spoke with a French accent but not from France and repeatedly asked unnecessary personal questions — including why I was wearing a Halloween hat, even though it was right before Halloween. Her tone made me feel uncomfortable, and the process was handled very slowly. I’ve always liked Zara for its style and selection, but this particular customer service experience fell far short of expectations

Beware shoppers! Zara seems to be scamming customers by changing the original price tags. I’ve already emailed Zara about this issue, but it’s been a week and I haven’t received any response. Please be careful when paying your bill — check the tags properly. I’ve attached photos for reference

Great stylish clothes. However checkout is awful. Customer service is terrible. Two reps behind return desk assisting no customers with in the hour I was there. No help with sizes or finding any items. My friend had ten items but wasn’t allowed to set aside or put in dressing room while she continued to shop. Checkout was a terrible mess. Clothing needs to be scanned by putting them in a “sink” Picking up other items in other customers sink. Had a young rep help due to errors. But didn’t register all items my friend bought. Scanned payment 2x ..After a young rep helped she thought she was all set. Until then She was stopped outside the store 5 doors down by one of the rudest Zara employees. Basically accusing her of stealing. That the sensor wasn’t deactivated from the “sink”. And Stated the checkout process works in Europe. Argued the entire time saying all customers get used to self checkout after couple times.
Be careful with self checkout. Or just order online.

The new Zara store on the new location is a store from the future. Very luxury for the local standards many Americans haven't seen these kind of stores nowhere. Amazing! Finally someone to show how stores should look like 👍

We left a bag at the register on accident and they claimed they turned it into lost and found. They did not. Also, they are really rude while policing the self checkouts. If you are going to be hanging around maybe you could just ring people up?
