I just tried to return a gift from West Elm that has a tag on it. They refused to take it back. They refuse to give me a store credit. I will never shop there again. It was a gift and it doesn’t have a gift receipt. It’s in the original box. I went to the Old Orchard location. I will never buy anything from there ever... read full comment

Beautiful store. As an interior designer, I regularly bring clients in and work with the in-house trade specialists who take excellent care of us. Always find great pieces & items at West Elm.
