The worst car wash I ever been to. Very bad service . I took dirty towel to clean the edges under the door because they never wipe them from inside, then he said I can’t do that he called the manager, he told me the same thing I can’t use the towels to clean and help , also i had membership last year and cancelled it because they charged me for 2 months I was out of the country. I was thinking today to get back the membership but with what happened I will not and I told him is going to be the last time ever, even you can’t use the vacuum with the $10 wash. Not recommended.

Worst experience ever!! was charged $60 for a mid sized SUV and NOTHING was cleaned. Could’ve gotten an automatic car wash for $8 somewhere!! The guy named Austin is super rude, they don’t get the job done after having the customer wait for more than 45 mins and on top of it they’re extremely rude!! Never going there again!!

In its defense, Waterway is beautifully put together. Very clean, modern storefront. Inside, it's streamlined, spacious and comfortable. From the looks of the place, I was expecting great service.
That was not my experience.
Long story, short, I paid $57 for a carwash that I would be disappointed with if I'd paid $10.
The handwashing agent told me he was done three times before I gave up. There were still bugs on the front of the car and dirt along the side of the vehicle when I drove away.
Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. Zero pride in their work.

I was ask if I want it, my rugs to be cleaned in my trunk. I said yes, and I paid extra for it. When I got in the car my seats were not cleaned when I asked the kid to clean it for me again he said he had already cleaned it and was not coming off as soon as he sprayed it it started coming off completely and satisfied Will not be going there again

This place will not hire young people of color who are in college. The GM told a young blk man 19yrs old that he only hires people he likes! After looking up information on him GM in Skokie ( a racially diverse community… that I grew up in) I looked into him, his background and the corporation. For those that look like me… is this what we want in our community?

The car was just as dirty before going through. I thought at least with the towel dry after that if anything was missed it would be flagged but it is all about getting you out asap. The photo is what the front of my car looked like after going through and was literally the only reason I went in. Save your money and go somewhere that can get the job done correctly!
