Every time I call I do not need to hear a long message with all of the pharmacy hours and all of their lunch breaks. There should be a number that returning customers press to go straight to the pharmacy. Moreover, when there is a problem with a prescription, we should be called about it instead of assuming everything is being processed as normal.

Very irresponsible employees, I waited 10-15 minutes to print out my documents, then an employee came and said that the printer was not working.

The pharmacy is open until midnight… even on weekends. That’s hard to beat. The workers are doing their best to meet those hours

Rude Indian lady refused to fill my addies. They kept saying it was at another walgreens and accused the pretty lady from the better walgreens of being a liar. My script was sent there they just wanted to be lazy and not have to order my addies. Walgreens on skokie blvd> ??

Just tried to order my trulicity waited 30 minutes on hold and then told it has been on back order for 2 months they said call my doctor they cannot help me this is a scary situation. Do not go to this Walgreens it is always horrible lines clear down the isle for pharmacy waits are at least 20-25 or more minutes standing. Used to be so nice what happened?

I have had consistently good service at this Walgreens, especially in the areas of photo reproduction and pharmacy needs. Today I worked on two separate visits with Giselle at the pharmacy counter. She is friendly, helpful, competent, and committed, a first-rate staff member, and I appreciate her presence every day.

Not sure how it's relevant in the 4th review below on how the pharmacist is Oriental. Honestly that's pretty offensive all by itself. But I've always had a good experience with this pharmacy and they've always had my medication in stock. So maybe stop with the racist labeling and just make a judgement without the offensive labels.

Most incapable pharmacy i have ever experienced. Their day shift is beyond clueless. Their manager is the same during day shift and weekends. I have seen other walgreens pharmacies, cvs, etc in action. Go to Evanston walgreens and shut this useless place on Dempster down. Sadly its open 24 hours open so they can ruin medical orders 24/7 . Horrible pharmacy staff.They need to all learn from Alex in Evanston and his team

I moved all of our prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS. I continued to give them chances for 2 years before saying that’s enough. I had picked that walgrens because of the convenience of a drive-through, but half the time the drive-through is closed. Then you have to go inside. Nothing is ever ready. The lines are long and they’re always seems to be confusion. much happier with CVS.

Don’t bother to go to the Walgreens pharmacy, there is a female Pharmacist, she is of Oriental origin forget about dealing with her !!!! She is so so rude, she judges you for sure, used to love going to this Walgreens a few years back, the team will lie under her , they will keep you on hold for maybe an hour, I’m serious , you will be discriminated, judged, gaslighted, moving to Sam’s Club, still on hold since 7:15pm, its 8:04pm .

The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too. They are too busy and make you wait all day for your medicine. Then they forget to give you the right prescription.. the pharmacy tech are not that bright.
