I came in and had trouble finding & deciding on which products to buy. If I recall correctly Emily ? Helped me find & choose my items!! She was so sweet! One of the nicest Walgreens employees I’ve met by far :)

Horrible Customer Service! Went to drop off a package for a FedEx pickup. One employee was trying to pretend she didn't work there so she didn't have to help. The other employee who was at the front register, didn't even offered to help or get someone. The guy that was a the photo counter, was working on something, turned and saw I was waiting and turned back around. Didn't offered to get the first employee to help or anyone. Walked out and went to the Dempster location and was helped within 5 minutes. Skokie Blvd location sucks! Find another location to go to.

My son purchased a STEAM card for $20 from Walgreens on Jan 10th 2024. The code for redemption was half on the sticker and half on the card and cannot be read properly. Walgreens has a no return no help you policy with these cards. Since January 10thi have been trying to get help and all I have is a case number and apologetic people but no one will help get this resolved. I want the money back. You sell a bad product.

Truly terrible pharmacy. I have never been able to get a prescription filled here without some sort of problem. In addition they are never helpful or apologetic about the problems.

Half a dozen people working in this pharmacy (some clearly not working), and I still had to wait 35 minutes for my vaccination appointment, which ended up taking literally less than 30 seconds. During that time, they only had three customers come to the counter. If someone had just said 'sorry for the wait,' I wouldn't have posted this.

I get wonderful, professional service at my Walgreen's--corner of Old Orchard Rd and Crawford in Skokie. The pharmacy is excellent. They are under pressure all day from both Corporate Headquarters, doctors, and customers. Staff get excellent advice. I've never experienced a mistake with filling prescriptions. I've recently had two different vaccinations. Both were administered in a safe, expert and amazingly no-p

Went for my Covid vax and they’d run out the day before but didn’t contact me. I assume that this level of incompetence applies to everything they do and anyone who gets a prescription from here could be endangered. Avoid at all costs.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at any pharmacy in my entire life. I needed to get an Rx for my daughter and I had no idea that because it was a compound medication, that not only do they not do that (fine and not the issue). They didn't return my calls, gave me the runaround AND just lied. They lied about a lack of 24/7 Walgreens pharmacies in the area. They told me there were none and my doctor would have to call a hospital to get this medication. I googled and quickly found SEVERAL 24/7 pharmacies in the area. They are dishonest and completely unhelpful. I think the pharmacist on staff and assistants deserve to be disciplined. Don't go to this pharmacy.

Wow, uh I’ve never been to a Walgreens that was this disorganized. No one answers at the pharmacy window. I don’t even think they know how the call button works. This place is like CVS-level BAD.
