Pharmacy is a mess. I have to request refills numerous times; only for the status to state in progress. After several days the rx is canceled. No explanation; just canceled. There is no point in uploading new rx card. They say they didn't receive the new information. Pointless just bring in your new rx card. When you do receive notifications your rx is ready it's not. Providing the pharmacy with coupons for prescriptions don't stay on your profile. You have to provide every time and then they don't know how to input the information.

This review is regarding the pharmacy. Terrible customer service number one. As I approach the counter, the pharmacist left, but mentioned my prescription was ready. Come to find out that he has to ask me some question- sign-off I guess on the cream I get every month! lots of red tape and negligence cause the pharmacist left for 25 minutes that I waited. I don't know if he ever came back. There were no other pharmacist who could sign off on my prescription. Even though my prescription was ready and in a bag for me to take. The pharmacist assistance looked puzzle as well. Why did pharmacist leave? When I left several people were waiting. Only in this country is getting medicine so hard. 2/24

TLDR: don’t print your photos hereI’ve been going to this Walgreens my whole life and have been satisfied with service, but as of late, they’ve been severely understaffed & the people who are there don’t know what they’re doing.I ordered 20 photos printed around 12 noon today at the kiosk and took a photo of the confirmation on screen saying that my photos would be ready at 1:16 p.m. today.I came back at 8 p.m. expecting my order to be filled when I walked around the store for a solid 3 minutes without seeing a single soul. I said “hello, is anyone here?” and walked through the aisles until someone called “Anthony” to the photo center.Anthony was completely unhelpful. His breath smelled terrible & he looked around half-heartedly for my photos until he just said, “it’s not here. You should re-order.” I showed him the photo I took that had my order number & expected time, but he just said, “re-order it.” I didn’t get an apology, an explanation, or any promise that my photo order would be fulfilled if I re-ordered it now.I’m extremely disappointed at the degradation of the quality of customer service at my neighborhood Walgreens & will be getting my photos printed & products bought somewhere else — somewhere better.

My god, the WG (Pharmacy) in Skokie, IL on Dempster and Crawford is a hell hole. The drive thru line is at least 45min. The speakers never work and you can't get out of the car line once in - even in an emergency. They trap you with structures on each side. It's a law suit waiting to happen. Then; If you go in and if certain individuals that perform check-out at the pharmacy "intentionally" go slow to aggreavate customers. They must hate their jobs and will actually smirk at you ifyou ask them any questions on estimated timing. It appears they HATE their cutomers. Just go elsewhere. There is a CVS and OSCO a few blocks away.

I wish I can give 0 star to this pharmacy. Had a really bad experience today. My mother in law had a appointment @3:00 for vaccine so I checked in around 2:50. Around 3:10 I asked the lady at counter how long is the wait and she said pharmacist is on break 5 more minutes. After 5 minutes pharmacist name Sanhareeb walked in . I thought any minute he will call us. It was 3:30 when I asked him about vaccine and with the attitude he said this is not the hamburger it takes time. I was really upset about his attitude. I sat down and in 2 minutes he called her for vaccine. I said I didn't like the way you said this is not the hamburger. No sorry or regret. I was like what is your name? He said go complain I don't care about corporate. I asked for his name he would not give it to me so I asked his staff and they would not give it to me either. He told me to get out from there and never come back. I asked for store manager so I can complain about pharmacist. he was very nice and listened what I had to say. He said so sorry about his behavior he just got transferred from other pharmacy. He gave me his first name he didn't know his last name. I called corporate office and talked to Barbara, she gave me a case# . She said some one for upper management will follow up. Walgreens store it self have very nice staff. I will never use this pharmacy. I do want an apology.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy in the history of pharmacies it’s sad How horrible the staff are at this pharmacy fire them all and replace immediately…

Wait at pharmacy: 30 minutes plus to just pick up. The pharmacy is always understaffed. Add more staff at lunch and between 5-7 pm. Simplify the check out process. Allow older people who can't work the key pads to hand their payment to the staff. Why make them struggle and hold up the line? Corporate needs to invest money in employees and figure out how to better serve customers. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I got my subscription with no problem at all! The store needs a very good cleaning: dirt, mud, dust bunnies everywhere! I think I'm going to find a cleaner store!

Not sure how it was 5+ years ago, but the place is nice. Never too many people, it's good for anything quick. Not sure what people expected going to a drug store in 2020, I'm sure any drug store at that time would've had a long wait.

Had some confusion getting a prescription filled for my child. The pharmacist Rudy worked with me to fix the issue, even though it took a long time. Everyone there was very professional and polite, even though it was clear they were extremely busy.

ATM stolen cards operate out of this store. Works by stealing card info from 7/11 store on Touhy Ave and depletes bank funds at Walgreen on Oakton St. Beware!!!

Josie the cashier was very rude for no reason. Management should hire people that actually want to work and not give the customers rude attitude.
