They need to hire more people especially in the pharmacy. The line for pickup is always long and it takes forever to get a prescription.

Checked in for my 1pm RSV shot at 12;40. Was told by the tech that she'd checked me in. Watched her wipe her nose with her ungloved fingers along with every person behind the pharmacy counter. Does no one practice good hygiene? At 1.30 after getting a myriad of lame excuses I actually called the store manager to let him know that every customer in pharmacy complained about something and why did I make an appointment with no one else waiting for shots if appointment's mean nothing? He kept asking if I wanted to speak to a pharmacist! I'm IN the pharmacy! I finally had to ask the person giving me my shot to PUT ON SOME GLOVES. Not ever coming back. What the hell happened to this location?

Still waiting to get flu & COVID shots almost an hour after arriving for a 2 PM appointment on a Saturday. If you're looking for vaccinations, try somewhere else.

I used to love this one. Was just treated SO RUDELY THERE. I know I'm having a People Are The Worst Day already, but these people ganged up 4 across to treat me poorly.Do I still want it? Not from you. Not here.

Out of You're mine with your pricing we try to get ceptical face cleansing 8oz. it was 24.97 at Walmart it was 12.27 half the price what is wrong with Walgreens we will no longer shop with Walgreens as everything is twice the cost at anywhere else CVS is our new go to store even though it's further than our Walgreens store.

First of all, why does this Walgreens location have two Yelp pages? It's not one for the pharmacy and one for the store. They're right next to each other on the Yelp map and the other one is not the correct address, this one is.Pharmacy has gotten better in the last few months than it's been in the last 7 years. However, the line is always 10-15 minutes in-store. They usually have 1 register open, I've seen two a few times, and three ONCE; they have four... no one ever says "hello, how are you today?" They only say "next in line" as if you're moving through a prison queue. They also don't hand out coupons when they print.The store is even worse. I've had employees yell at me, talk down to me, disrespect me, and lie to me. I know what the company and corporate policy is and I follow the rules, not bending or skirting them. They tell me I have it wrong, despite being told on recorded phone calls (this call may be monitored or recorded, which means it is either one or both, 100%) what the truth is.They won't price match their own company's app, they won't accept coupons, and they always just look at you like you're mentally ill.SOME of the shift leaders are nice and some employees are helpful, overall it's always a negative experience going here. There are much better Walgreens.My suggestion is, if you have a problem, call customer service at +1 (800) 925-4733 or consumer relations at 800-289-2273, while you are in the store and file a complaint while you are on camera so they can cross reference your recorded call with a time stamp on the camera.

OMG! I have been going here for 20 years. In the past year it has gotten terrible. If you go through the drive-through for your medications and are say ...3rd in line expect to wait 20 - 40 minutes. If more than 3 cars .. 45 mins should be expected. Also, if 4 cars back there is simply no way to get out of the line (in an emergency) ... in that there are bushes and stuff to your right. // If you go into this Walgreens, expect to wait 25 mins for lines of 3 people or more. They should put chairs in the line. // Forget call-in... It may take up to 1 hour to get a phone picked up if at all. // COVID can no longer be an excuse. This manager should be fired. I hear the Old Orchard Walgreens may be a bit better. Did I say.. OMG! // One last thing ... we have often gotten the wrong medications or another customers. So, beware!!!!!!!!!!

I do not usually go to this Walgreens but went for a vaccine visit scheduled online. The wait in the pharmacy for this Walgreens is a bit too much. The vaccine or clinic visits are to get in the same line as the customers being serviced by the pharmacy. This can be an issue if you are there for a scheduled appointment. While I waited in the line, I found out from a regular customer that the drive through and inside pharmacy lines are always long and the wait is sometimes long. I was able to make my appointment and then waited to get to see the practitioner. The front checkout was not too bad. The store itself appeared to have organized and clean isles.

The pharmacy department is, for the majority of time, busy. They don't have enough employees to take care of customers at the pharmacy department.

BEWARE. My one year old daughter was given the WRONG medication from the pharmacy. An allergic reaction is what brought us back to the pediatrician, who caught the error. Please, go elsewhere.

The manger here is very rude. he knew nothing about a general question I had as a customer.. who are you guys hiring? He was more concerned about how I question him than helping me.. I will never spend my money here again

Walgreens and It's deceiving labeling. Why put labels on sale items when the items on sale start on November 9 and today's date is November 2. Does it make sense? A week away before things go on sale. Then, the cashier abruptly says," well, customers need to read." Yes, I do read. It says " on-sale" and all the items are labeled With the yellow tag. This is not the first time this happens. WALGREENS, please teach your staff customer service and stop labeling items on sale when they are not. I should have gone to CVS or Target.
