I have been going to this Walgreens for several years but this morning's engagement with the staff was disheartening. The interaction was cold, heartless and condescending. I will not be going to this location again.

I have used a different Walgreens pharmacy for the past 4+ years and am switching to the Old Orchard Road location. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and FRIENDLY! The store is immaculate and well-organized. I don’t know why I tolerated the poor service and cranky staff at the other location.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at any pharmacy in my entire life. I needed to get an Rx for my daughter and I had no idea that because it was a compound medication, that not only do they not do that (fine and not the issue). They didn't return my calls, gave me the runaround AND just lied. They lied about a lack of 24/7 Walgreens pharmacies in the area. They told me there were none and my doctor would have to call a hospital to get this medication. I googled and quickly found SEVERAL 24/7 pharmacies in the area. They are dishonest and completely unhelpful. I think the pharmacist on staff and assistants deserve to be disciplined. Don't go to this pharmacy.

Very rude male cashier. Shockingly lazy and rude! I think his name was cecob(im not sure of the correct spelling). After I paid all I bought, he just left and did not put all I bought in a plastic bag. I told him he should finish his job, he went back and said "here's the plastic bag". I end up putting all I bought in a plastic bag and its a lot! 5plastic bags!

The pharmacy staff is about the rudest they come, to the point where you may think they didn't see you or hear you. It's unbelievable actually.

I scheduled a vaccine appointment fir 9:45 am. I sat waiting for forty minutes during which only two people were seen going in to get their vaccine. When I went up to ask, the person in the pharmacy told me to go sit down and wait, they will call me when they're ready. I said I've already been waiting for 45 minutes and only two people have gone in. Another person behind the counter heard me and said, oh here's the form she needs to fill out. So basically they had me sitting there, never told me there was a form to fill out, and then I got bumped to the back of the line because they just got the form from me. So here I'm sitting over one hour later still waiting watching everyone who came in after me get called in first.

Pharmacy workers are always rude, I can't believe how they work here, what about the manager, she's not aware of this situation. Management should take care of the situation. The ladies always scream and are so rude. They treated me so rude, they make me feel so bad.

I go there often and it is normally fine. Once in a while, I go and this one worker is always following me. I don't remember her name but she makes me feel so uncomfortable. I once was getting something and I looked up and she was down the aisle standing just looking at me. Any time I go and she is not there is great. *She is around 50ish, asian, and around like 5,6.* I really like this walgreens location because it is close to my noise but this worker just makes me feel uncomfortable.

Uh, actually, there is a pharmacy here, and the staff are basically helpful and fairly competent. It's a new store and it got off to a bit of a rocky start, but it's fine right now. The drive-up can be painful because a surprising number of customers think it's perfectly OK to sit at the window for 10 minutes while the pharmacy fills their scripts. People! That's what the inside of the store is for. .
