I was a loyal customer of Lowell’s for several years. I NEVER ONCE questioned his prices.Until he quoted me 160.00 for an AC recharge and over 1600.00 for a timing belt change. On a lark I went to Midas and asked them to give me a quote.80.00 for the recharge and 650.00 for the timing belt. It was then that I realized he was screwing me the whole time.Needless to say, I did not go back to him.I honestly trusted him.Buyer beware, he is NOT to be trusted.Services: Transmission
