Verlo Mattress in Skokie is wonderful. Myon was so knowledgable and patient, helping me find the perfect mattress! I love the offer of the mattress flipping service,also. Delivery was prompt and set- up was fast( those guys were great, too!) From beginning to end, I was pleased with my experience.

Skip this store. Spend your money elsewhere. Decent mattresses, but overpriced. This franchise offers a less then stellar delivery experience. They do offer free firmness adjustments, but then you have to deal with their young delivery guys scuffling up the walls and doors again.

I am very happy with my new Verlo Xtra-Firm mattress! I had been putting off replacing my mattress because I was not at all keen on the new foam style mattresses. Verlo's innerspring coil mattress has removed all the pains and fatigue that I woke up with every morning and felt throughout the day!Manny was very helpful in understanding my preference and guiding me to pick the option that best suited me. I was happy to meet Jon & Si who made the mattress and box spring- they set up everything perfectly!I am so pleasantly surprised both with my experience at Verlo and with the mattress that I will soon purchase another mattress from them for the guest bedroom.Thank you again!

Stopped in the Skokie store on Sunday and had my mattress and box spring delivered the following Saturday. Kienan was very professional and helped me match an older model Verlo for a different bed. It's perfect! Jonathan and Si (delivery) were extremely nice, careful and professional, too. A seamless transaction...thanks!

I had never heard of Verlo Mattresses before visiting my brother in St. Louis. I tried their mattress and slept so great I had to come home (needed to replace a mattress anyway) and made my appointment to visit a store. I didn’t plan on buying at first but the “no pressure” salesman was great! I tried many beds and finally found the one I liked. Just got it delivered yesterday and had a great nights sleep. Here’s hoping all my future night’s sleep are as good!! Thanks Verlo

Professional company. Had good all around experience starting at the store with salesman Manny, to delivery(had the mattress within 3 days of the purchase). The mattress is probably the most comfortable one I've ever owned. It's what Verlo calls a V7 and it's two sided. I'll be curious to see how long it lasts.
