Sam was awesome, he was so kind to help with a situation of transferring pictures & contacts from an old Android to an iPhone. I purchased a phone at a big box store in an emergency situation, they didn’t have enough time to complete transferring pictures, etc. & went back next day to have it done, they told me needed an appointment & to drop it off & there would be a fee! Anyway my girlfriend who had purchased phones from Sam before took me over to this store & he took time out to help me & got the job done. Highly recommended Sam for your next phone purchase or accessories!

I had purchased a screen protector which cracked when my phone dropped. I didn’t have the receipt, but Yassar, who helped me, looked it up in their internal system. He was able to quickly locate the right replacement. In just a few short minutes, had it on perfectly! Thanks for being professional, knowledgeable and providing a great customer service experience!

I went to Verizon because I hadn’t gotten any emails in 2 days! I tried for 2 days to figure it out but couldn’t. I was pretty upset about this when I walked in! This really nice guy asked how he could help and when I told him about not getting emails he said he had someone else with the same problem the other day. So he started trying all different things and even asked a co-worker to help. She was working on my phone and he was working on my iPad. After awhile he made some calls and even went on YouTube to try to figure out the problem! He kept apologizing and I told him it wasn’t his fault. After about 2 hours, whatever he did next worked! Over 3000 emails started downloading! He was determined to figure it out and he did! He was so kind and understanding! His name is Sabo Menkovic and I can’t thank him enough for fixing my problem and giving me the best customer service!!! Thanks again ? ???
