Very unprofessional people, always delays on deliveries without any excuse and most of the times misplace the deliveries and drop off wrong mail and miss a lot of mail. I'm sick and tired of these morons.

I would give a 5 star review to the employees and a minus rating to the Administrators. Some of the workers are at the location for 15-20 years, I see them for years. Always working hard. During one of my visits in June 2024, with an outside temperature of over 80’F I realized that it was no active AC on the premises and the lady working at the desk also had a mask on. The only device working was a simple fan. Again, the AC was not working at all. Lady was working by herself and the line was with over 20 people.

All post office employees should take lessons from the staff at this location. They are knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They aren’t satisfied until their customers are. I actually look forward to going to this - emphasis on this - post office.

They picked all the unprofessional/uneducated people who don't know what they are doing at this job and put them to work there.

To the woman in the hajib: thank you for the bag.
To Denise at the front counter: five stars all the way. You really are the best USPS in Chicago!

Today I had an appointment for a new passport at this location and I could say that I was lucky to get my application done by Miss Janell every thing went smooth thanks to the young lady at the post offices. With simple words Miss Janell she was kind and very professional at her job. Thank you so much , God bless you and bless the family that raised you.

USPS need to train its employees at this location. One the employees (I will get her name next time I am there) treats customers poorly. She doesn’t even know anything about customer service. It is so unfortunate!

Why can you just be nice. So rude, disrespectful. It was 5:55, and she showed me the clock like I was the last miserable person on earth, I got it that it closes at 6.Just be nice to people!

The staff at this location are super efficient and friendly even during rush/busy hours. There is a self service box if you don’t want to wait in line (there usually is one when I have gone), but I have been happy even the times I’ve had to wait in line to speak to someone. The employees are incredibly patient even though the customers here are often not.

Best USPS location ever!! I cannot say that enough because of the two usual ladies that I see around closing time, both African American, are ALWAYS smiling and have such a patient aura! Even right before closing, they are so lovely and always patient!!! It fills my heart so much I had to pause my day and write this review. Never lose those two, I wish I had gotten their names but the two ladies in the front working closing shift on Dec. 11, 2023 deserve a raise for always lifting up spirits
