This location cannot process P.O Box applications without great difficulty. The other reviews are correct that the Madison St. location is where you should go. It is also $57 which is more expensive than other locations.

Denise was rude. She gave us a lot of attitude for me to mail my packages. She refused to mail it because my package was "too heavy" and she couldn't put it on the scale. Federal government requires post office employees to lift up to 50 pounds and my package was 38 pounds. I offered to help but she said just go to another post office and she can't do it. Don't waste your time and just go to the one on Madison st.

Came into this location to ask a few simple questions as I just moved to the area
The woman at the counter was miserable rude and just nasty
Went to the location on Madison avenue night and day everyone there was friendly and professional
Avoid this location near the mall especially if this woman is around

Rude personal, no eye contact. And no receipt was given, when I asked for one she said it won’t spit it out. I’ve been doing online selling for years and I know a receipt is given. Just plain rude.

Very rude staff and unhelpful. This was on my way running errands and I just stopped in for some clarification questions regarding passport applications. Before I can even finish my sentence the lady just said "I can't help you, do it online". I continued asking my questions anyway which she just said yes to everything. Come to find out 2 days later when I go with my appointment that I didn't have everything because she didn't actually answer any of my questions. Don't waste your time here.
