Absolutely awful experience overall. There is no sense of customer service whatsoever. If you value your time, avoid this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady upfront is rude, unhelpful, and seem frustrated with everything—even before you walk through the door. It’s as if she hates being there, and she makes sure you feel it too.

Worst experience....when I entered the palce, empty, quiet. After I interacted with the only lady, it was as customer service I understood everything. The lady was rude, I asked for a receipt, and she told me there was no receipt because the system doesn't give a receipt. She told me just to take a picture of my package with the label. The experience was not the best. Hopefully, my package doesn't get lost.

How many bad reviews before something changes.
It's been the same as far as I can remember.Same employee same issue same reviews.Very identical issue with previous reviews.
Another review says it's literally down the block but having to go out of your way to get your package shipped etc.
My package was shipped to the wrong Zip Code and City,even after I pointed this out to the employee.She assure me that is the way to ship to my city.
My package was lost for over 3 weeks due to wrong zip.
I have not since and will not go back to this location.

This lady need to retire. She seems frustrated all the time. I asked her to give me receipt for my package drop off, nd straight up said machine is broken. But the person before me got receipts printed.
She never has answers for ur queries. I have lost 4 packages from this location now. Absolutely rudeand zero customer service. Negative 5 on ten for being a customer representative.

I went to this location in the morning, when traffic is lower and one postal employee can keep up with it. And that was person was very cheerful and competent! I was in and out quickly.

She didn't even ask me what was in the package. Before paying with my card. She reached out and touched the information on the card terminal without even explaining anything to me. I can see why people give this place such bad reviews. If possible, avoid coming here and go to another post office. I don't know why she doesn't get fired.

This location cannot process P.O Box applications without great difficulty. The other reviews are correct that the Madison St. location is where you should go. It is also $57 which is more expensive than other locations.

Denise was rude. She gave us a lot of attitude for me to mail my packages. She refused to mail it because my package was "too heavy" and she couldn't put it on the scale. Federal government requires post office employees to lift up to 50 pounds and my package was 38 pounds. I offered to help but she said just go to another post office and she can't do it. Don't waste your time and just go to the one on Madison st.
