This place is a sham can’t walk in called the phone number on the door and they wouldn’t answer any questions I asked person on the phone was very rude ask about buying an item he said he didn’t have it but when I stopped at the location I saw cases of it thru the store window I am thinking this is some sort of illegal operation

It was great, the gentleman that helped me today was very knowledgeable, had good recommendations, and it was great with customer service. I will definitely come back! Better than I expected, and great deals!

Literally the worse experience ever. I went there the first time, and the guys there were so rude and in helpful all they did were just talk and talk among each other with not much Covid precautions while the lady there was very helpful and helped me through out I was glad she was there. She deserve a raise !!!

Stay away from this place. I bought a battery for my CBD cartridge and it stopped working after a couple days, went into the shop to get it replaced, they would not honor. I'll make sure my friends and family don't get conned by these guys. they lost a ton of business over greed.

Great shop we found today. They had what we were looking for. They were very friendly. My husband loved all the incense they have. I loved the incense holders. My eye caught a tree shaped incense holder, it's great! I bought three incense holders, I couldn't pick just one.

The 3 stars is because I came here last night with my wife to buy a rolling tray first impression an older man opened the lock door on us and let us in didn’t welcome us or anything he gave us a mean look . This was our first time coming in this smoke shop so we walked in and didn’t know where to go so we walked right in but immediately the same man that let us in did not take his eyes off of me almost like if I came inside to steal any little thing I picked up the man was just staring at me and my wife that discouraged me to want to buy anything but we still bought some poshes and a rolling tray. I wish I could of spent more money but the vibe I was getting off that man I didn’t not like it all my wife mentioned it 3 times on the ride back home the prices are okay but I don’t think this smoke shop is for me

Wonderful Experience! Great Prices! The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and right fit me with the proper items that I needed. Definitely recommend coming here they’ve got everything smoke related. There are few smoke shops here in Skokie and by far this is the best one. The prices are relatively low and very fair. Not to mention very clean and organized.Thanks guys!
