After a very bad experience at a nearby UPS store
I stopped in here with the same request
I had an email with a two-page attachment that needed to be printed
The other UPS store struggled with this request
But Alex and his team at this UPS location were professional helpful and kind .
Even helping me pick out some different paper to make my printing look better
even more impressive was as other customers came into this location Alex the manager knew all of them by name and they all knew him .
I will definitely be returning here for all of my shipping and office needs

For some reason every time I drop something off, they charge me. Other ups stores do not do this and I find it sketchy.

I've been a customer at this store for over 10 years and have always received excellent and friendly service. I see Alex and staff being helpful to customers explaining all the details and opinions for shipping. There is ample parking available in a lot just west of the store. I suspect the bad reviews are from local competitors.

The worst UPS store ever in USA. They charge you $ 3 to tape a box which is being returned to Amazon. Zero customer service. FIRST time in 20 years. Take your business to another store.

I had an out of the ordinary request for notarizing a document for my son currently living in New Zealand. Mohamed at the UPS store in Skokie went above and beyond to make that happen. It involved coordinating a difficult video call with my son to confirm the request and Mohamed was willing and able to help us get this processed-- not once, but on two different occasions! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past but not at the Skokie UPS store. They are great!!
