And after everything that happened ... the delivery date of my product was July 9 but that day they changed it to July 12 and on July 12 they changed it to July 16, so I wrote to customer service to remind them that they have been charged twice and that I want my money back, that I no longer want the product and they say that they can't do anything because it is within the shipping time and that they have only charged me once !!! Please don't buy here.

Worst location. I went in searching for a color match and an associate brought me to a table, put 3 foundations in front of me and told me to pick the one that looked closest to my skin tone. She walked away to do nothing while I stood there confused and awkward. Mind you I did mention that I knew nothing about foundation and it was my first time trying to find a good fit for me. I wish I caught her name but her dismissive attitude was enough to make me nervous that I just wanted to leave asap. Went to Sephora and they actually educated me while providing great customer service!

I booked an acne facial with Savannah Q., she did an amazing job. She was also very kind and seemed to know what is going on with my skin and explained to me how I can help it improve. She recommended me good products and gave me some samples. My skin has never looked better, I would definitely recommend to book with her

Not only was I followed around while shopping an employee even went as far as snapping a photo of my license plate. I visit this Ulta location at least once a week. My job is extremely close and I visit on my lunch break. I expressed my discomfort to the manager and she was very nonchalant. Use the Ulta on Skokie Blvd or go to Sephora ?.

I worked with Ulta's esthetician on staff-Savannah. Who was an absolute help to me on my skin care journey. She was not only kind but incredibly knowledgeable about skin care. I felt she had such an incredible range of knowledge about products for healthy and happier skin. I cannot wait to book a facial with her in the future!

This place was excellent! Elizabeth was amazing! She was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and personable but I did not expect to receive such a spa like experience at Ulta. I'm usually pretty tense while getting my hair done but with Elizabeth, I was relaxed and stress free. The final result was 100% perfect. Exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend coming to this particular location and requesting services by Elizabeth!
Thank you for a prodigious experience! I will be back!

I was in line with 3 people ahead of me and one cashier working. Three employees at one point came up to the registers but didn’t go on a register to check anyone out. It’s ridiculous the amount of employees just walking around the store doing not much of anything. I will go elsewhere where employees want to do their job!????

Hafsa helped me today she was so sweet and patient when I walked in I was nervous due to bad experience at another Ulta but decided I would just drive farther to take my chances at a different location. She welcomed me when I first walked in and asked if I needed help. I began to share my struggles with finding the right make up for my skin plus the right shade. She was very helpful with her recommendations . Thank you so much Hafsa for your kindness and help today!!!
