I literally never write reviews, like ever but this experience was so trash I had to. I tried ordering products through the ulta website over the last 3 days and each time I would try to order, the items wouldn't show up in my cart or only some would. They have a beauty event going on so I'm sure the traffic from it crashed some of their site - okay, fine. After trying for 3 days I decided to order for pick up in store since it was allowing me that option. I chose a store that showed all 3 items I needed in stock, and even though it was out of my way I still chose that location since it was showing everything available. I tried using a $10 off coupon but kept getting an error saying "requirements not met." The only exclusion on the coupon was the order needed to be $50 or more, my purchase was $90. I figured I'd mention it in store. I placed and paid for my order, then when I got out of work early, headed straight there. I placed the order 2.5 hrs before arriving at the store. Upon arriving, I ask to pick up my mobile order. They can't find it. They asked when I placed it to which I said, around 2 hours ago. The girl goes "OHHH well it takes 3 hours". Literally there were 4 employees behind the counter, not doing anything with no customers, and I looked at them and said "so I have to wait 30 mins for it to be ready?". She grabs a coworker and asks if she can pick the order now. Both of them leave to get the items. I placed an order for 3 items, they returned with two and said "here you go". I point out that a third item is missing, to which the one girl goes "Oh okay let me look for it" - I offered to go look for it since I knew where it would be at this store. She goes, comes back and says "sorry its not in stock." At this point I'm ready to never shop at this awful store ever again, but the manager comes up to me and says "I'm so sorry, our inventory doesn't always reflect online what we have in store." - So why the hell did I drive out of my way to come here?? I leave with my two items, thinking I'll at least be able to order the third online and use my coupon for it. Well, now the coupon won't work because its less than a $50 purchase now. Worst part - I call customer service to explain how awful this has been and customer service spent another 20 mins on the phone with me to make me a new account (I didn't need one, I've had one for years) and to only offer me the $10 coupon again, which hasn't expired to begin with and still won't apply to the new order. I point blank said to them I will literally never spend a DOLLAR with Ulta again and they were like "Ok, sorry". I spent HOURS of my time dealing with this to order 3 items of makeup. I will be ordering DIRECTLY from the brands from here on out and shopping everything else at Sephora since I've never once had an issue with them. Truly, worst customer service I've ever experienced and I've worked retail for years before this - which is why I never complain, I get stuff happens but wow I've never had a company drop the ball from online, to in store this bad. Like, ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Before I walked out I literally said “and this is exactly why I will always choose to go to Sephora.” I placed a pickup order for an item with 2 gifts of purchase (in stock). I waited patiently in line and then asked for my pick up order. The first associate could not find it and requested assistance. I ordered this morning so was like oh maybe it hasn’t been pulled. The new associate or manager then goes to get my order and comes back and says “actually we don’t have nothing in stock from your order but you won’t be charged.” I already was charged and had to refute the charge with my bank. I drove across the street went into Sephora and they were more than helpful. Don’t waste your time going here.

If you are not sure which make up toner you like or work good on your skin, sometimes they will give you a small sample that you can try for few days to make sure. Ask nicely and see if they will give it to you. They did for me.They also gave a nice salon in the back, was pretty busy when I was there.

why isn’t there male cologne testers? there is absolutely none and the one that they did have out was empty..this is not inclusive at all.

Their salon is my favorite Astra hands are pure gold . Her blowouts last me days , shes an amazing stylist for women with hair extensions as well.

I have used this location for couple of times, my recent experience was horrific. My sister ordered a parfum online for pick up, the warehouse sent toilette instead and the cashier offered that I can go look for parfum if they have it in stock which they didn’t, she was so rude and not bothered at all to which I said let me speak to the manager. The manager as well didn’t compensate me in any way. I drove 30 mins to pick it up, she didn’t offer me the same price for delivery as well as couldn’t do the refund fully without having the physical card on me and told me to come the next day to get fully refunded. WORST SERVICE EVER BY THE STORE AND THE COMPANY. Wasted my time, fuel and energy. ULTA GET IT TOGETHER!

I bumped into a worker by the name Clara, she has been a huge help in giving me recommendations about makeup and skincare as she offered me high and low prices and the differences. Made me feel like a real customer and valued for what I need, went above and beyond her way to help me pick shades I wanted and informed me of ulta’s rules and promotions such as shipping, returns etc. I greatly recommend Clara and appreciate her attending to my needs .

Most rude customer service. My young sister who doesn't wear make up and wanted to start learning what products are recommended and more. She asked a lady- and I quote "hi can you help me? I don't wear makeup, and I am going to a wedding and no idea where to start." In which the lady just stared with not even a smirk, smile or something and it was an awkward silence before she responded with bad attitude "ok? So What's the queation?" My sister and I just looked at her in disbelieve and my sister just said "never mind, thank you" as she walked away. I couldn't believe that, horrible. I was very upset ? still am no one should be treated like that especially at a make up place.

I had the best experience yesterday evening at this location. I placed an online pickup order and accidentally thought it was ready for pickup when it wasn't. The gentleman that helped me (i forgot to grab his name but he is one of the managers i believe) still got the order ready for me right away. One of the products i bought was sold out in the size i ordered so he offered me the bigger size with a 20% off discount. So kind and sweet and i hope he is having an amazing day and i look forward to coming back to this location again. the staff here is always so sweet and helpful to me!
