I recently visited this Ulta Beauty while on a quick trip to the US from Toronto. On my way back, I was in a rush to catch my flight back home, and I needed to find some products for my fiancé that aren’t available back home. Gianna was an absolute lifesaver! She immediately understood what I was looking for and helped me find everything in record time. This really helped me save ample time to catch my flight. Thanks to her, I was able to get the perfect products without any stress and still make it to my flight on time. My fiancé was extremely happy with the products. Her expertise and efficiency were truly impressive. Highly recommend asking for Gianna if you need quick and knowledgeable assistance!

I wouldn't go here if I could find my foundation any other place. The staff NEVER help me, but they will help others around me. I usually go in there without makeup, so they treat me like I'm beneath them. I guess I don't fit their mold of what a person SHOULD look like.

I came in a few days ago to pick up a few gifts. Kathrin was so helpful and so knowledgeable on her products she made my life so easy in picking the items I needed. My gifts were loved by my friends. I'm so thankful for Kathrin. She my go to girl from now on.

Yesterday I was at Ulta and met this wonderful lady Kathrin. Kathrin went above and beyond to assist me. I came into Ulta looking for my concealer which I believe is discontinued as I can’t find it anywhere. Kathrin went out of her way to help me find a match for my skin with a different brand. She assisted me with so many other products and made me some samples to try at home. She is very knowledgeable about the products, she is patient, kind and super helpful. Beautiful person inside and out. Thank you Kathrin for everything you’re the best!!

Purchases a moisturizer a week ago and it did not go on my skin well. The second I talked to someone about returning an item, they immediately changed their tone and was very rude and dismissive. The manager Pia stated that she didn’t care about what the ulta return policy was and refused my return “it was used”. The policy is that you are able to return within 60days. The product did not come with a lot to begin with and it seems like they can just arbitrarily refuse return. Do not recommend this location and doubtful I will return to Ulta after this location. If you are buying higher end skin care definitely go to Sephora.

I will never return to this Ulta location. They completely bailed on my haircut. They said I didn’t have an appointment but I kept showing the manager the text confirmation. She made NO APOLOGIES at all. Just kept saying she had no stylists in today. I sat at the desk calling the two other Ultas in the area to see if they could fit me in. Nothing was avail. The manager turned her back to me and proceeded to have a staff meeting in front of me. I couldn’t believe how rudely she treated me. She is not meant for a role in customer service. I’ll never return.

I literally never write reviews, like ever but this experience was so trash I had to. I tried ordering products through the ulta website over the last 3 days and each time I would try to order, the items wouldn't show up in my cart or only some would. They have a beauty event going on so I'm sure the traffic from it crashed some of their site - okay, fine. After trying for 3 days I decided to order for pick up in store since it was allowing me that option. I chose a store that showed all 3 items I needed in stock, and even though it was out of my way I still chose that location since it was showing everything available. I tried using a $10 off coupon but kept getting an error saying "requirements not met." The only exclusion on the coupon was the order needed to be $50 or more, my purchase was $90. I figured I'd mention it in store. I placed and paid for my order, then when I got out of work early, headed straight there. I placed the order 2.5 hrs before arriving at the store. Upon arriving, I ask to pick up my mobile order. They can't find it. They asked when I placed it to which I said, around 2 hours ago. The girl goes "OHHH well it takes 3 hours". Literally there were 4 employees behind the counter, not doing anything with no customers, and I looked at them and said "so I have to wait 30 mins for it to be ready?". She grabs a coworker and asks if she can pick the order now. Both of them leave to get the items. I placed an order for 3 items, they returned with two and said "here you go". I point out that a third item is missing, to which the one girl goes "Oh okay let me look for it" - I offered to go look for it since I knew where it would be at this store. She goes, comes back and says "sorry its not in stock." At this point I'm ready to never shop at this awful store ever again, but the manager comes up to me and says "I'm so sorry, our inventory doesn't always reflect online what we have in store." - So why the hell did I drive out of my way to come here?? I leave with my two items, thinking I'll at least be able to order the third online and use my coupon for it. Well, now the coupon won't work because its less than a $50 purchase now. Worst part - I call customer service to explain how awful this has been and customer service spent another 20 mins on the phone with me to make me a new account (I didn't need one, I've had one for years) and to only offer me the $10 coupon again, which hasn't expired to begin with and still won't apply to the new order. I point blank said to them I will literally never spend a DOLLAR with Ulta again and they were like "Ok, sorry". I spent HOURS of my time dealing with this to order 3 items of makeup. I will be ordering DIRECTLY from the brands from here on out and shopping everything else at Sephora since I've never once had an issue with them. Truly, worst customer service I've ever experienced and I've worked retail for years before this - which is why I never complain, I get stuff happens but wow I've never had a company drop the ball from online, to in store this bad. Like, ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Before I walked out I literally said “and this is exactly why I will always choose to go to Sephora.” I placed a pickup order for an item with 2 gifts of purchase (in stock). I waited patiently in line and then asked for my pick up order. The first associate could not find it and requested assistance. I ordered this morning so was like oh maybe it hasn’t been pulled. The new associate or manager then goes to get my order and comes back and says “actually we don’t have nothing in stock from your order but you won’t be charged.” I already was charged and had to refute the charge with my bank. I drove across the street went into Sephora and they were more than helpful. Don’t waste your time going here.
