These guys are thw worst amateurs i've ever seen. It took 5 hours to check the approval. They run your credit before even show you any option or price of the cars. They try to sell ypu worst options or junks that they have. When ypu walk arpund the parking lot and ask for options, they say these are not for sale even they have a price tag on it.

They have you come down there only to tell me that I was approved but they couldn’t get me in a car today my credit was well above 685 so now I don’t give them a good rating at all just a waste of my time period!!!!!!

It was a good experience entertained by Aaron for the whole entire whole processing my application he helped me a lot and he was be able to answer all my questions coz I don’t really know a lot about cars so his the one give me a lot of idea about it.His a big help in purchasing my car.they took a long hour but worth the wait.

I traveled all the way to Skokie IL, after getting lied to over the phone, JP assured me that they do not check credit and my income will get me approved they only go by income, he assured more than once that I would get a vehicle, I wasted 2 hours out of my day sitting in their office just to be denied, and it was a few more people there in the same boat, they do check your credit, I would have never traveled to Skokie if they run your credit I knew I wouldn’t get approved if I had to have a good credit report, I only went because “they go by your income” and I knew my income would get me approved…but they lied SCAM
