Tony and Patty were very helpful! Came in late on a monday without an appointment, they really helped me out and gave good answers for my questions. We talked about different options and it saved me $150 per month on my car insurance! Friendly place, would definitely recommend.

They are not really responsive, and try to play around with you and increase your premium for different reasons that is not logical, despite you got no tickets and no accidents.

This is the worst agent I have ever seen. He never communicates with me and is always raising my premium.
I need to let everyone know about the disaster Tony Kang has brought upon us. I sent him an email a month ago and did not receive any response until I called their office.
When I inquired about the increase in my premium, he responded in a condescending tone, saying, "My insurance price has also increased, so of course yours will too. Why can't you just accept it like everyone else?"
They don't genuinely solve problems for their customers. He said he doesn't have the authority to change the prices and that you just have to accept it with no place to file a complaint.
He will try to tell you about a thousand flaws of others to make you accept that they are right, rather than actually helping you solve the problem. In his eyes, everyone else is a fool. Tony Kang is such an idiot. I hope everyone can switch to a different agent.

I was shopping around, and was first looking for a nearest Allstate agent whom I can meet with in person to get a quote. Tony promptly followed up with me over the phone. I am glad I chose Tony because I found an agent who makes me feel secured. He is responsive and is a great communicator, which is very important to me, unlike my previous agent with State Farm. Tony takes his time explaining things to me even when he had to repeat it a few times. He's got my family the best rate and we've had a smooth transition so far. Great customer service which is very rare nowadays.

Tony made me make risky investments that he claimed were safe. Once companies went public my investment shares were diluted which cost me almost $50k. I have not fully recovered from this but I at least wanted to share my experience so no one else is taking advantage of by this incompetent man.
