The mechanic whose name is Ben has no commitment to his promise. He accepted my car in Friday morning as I explained I need the car today and most mechanics are close weekends so tell me if you can do it or not He promised to do that and it will be ready in the afternoon. I trusted him but when I went back in the afternoon to pick up my car he said he doesn't have time to fix my car!!!!Horrible...

I was going to purchase a Hyundai from a dealership, but took it in to just get a PPI on it before I bought it. THANK GOD I BROUGHT IT IN. The man took me in the back and showed/explained what was wrong with the oil burning. He saved me from purchasing a car that would of broke down on me. I’m really thankful for the honesty and kindness of the man that helped. I want to keep bringing in other cars that I’m still shopping for so I can get his reassurance! THANK YOU!

I have been in Skokie for 37 years and so does tolzeins.today I went there to get a quote for my 2003 Lexus es300 for timing belt service.first thing I was not greeted properly.Second the front desk person Hal said he was having a problem with his computer and that he would get back to me,he never did get back to me.After 6 hours I called back and he didn’t have a reasonable answer for me as to why he didn’t get back to me promptly.He did call me just now,but I am weighing my options.Does my looks have anything to do with it.I went to Oakton Community College in the 80’s and graduated in Automotive Technology and I have been told by my instructors Ken Shinsako and Bob Duncan that I should make a good impression with my customers,no matter who he is.I am kind of disappointed.

Tolzien's have been our garage for the past few years now their work is outstanding the staff are professional and courteous and don't mind taking the time to explain exactly what's going on with your car we were referred by a friend being a mechanic myself a lot of times I know what the problem is and how much it cost to fix it and they've always diagnose the problem correctly and never tried to up the price on me honesty goes a long way with me
