“Been there TWICE in 2 weeks for tire changes, and they take great care of my car. I do not get the feeling they might try to scam anybody.
I noticed that most of the negative reviews are by self-entitled people who always complain wherever they go, and they act like they are the CEO of life.
Nobody needs to out up with the self-entitled people.

“With the winter weather, my tire pressure had been low for some time, so I called to see if Firestone could fill them up for me. The man I spoke with on the phone said absolutely, and when I asked how much it would cost, he said he would do it for free! When I arrived, Josh filled up my tires, and I was on my merry way. I've had bad experiences at service centers, so I wasn't expecting much from a chain, but everyone (especially Josh) was super kind and helpful...so much so that I double-checked that they didn't want to charge me for the service, and they assured me it was okay.
