The sales person was very pushy about taking my email address for return purchase. There’s no reason why they would need that info based on their merchandise return conditions. When I tried to return the same item, they would not let me return it without providing my email. I called customer support on two occasions and they told me I am not required to provide my email for a purchase and/or returns. Why are the sales reps so pushy to get my email? This was one of the worst retail experiences ever. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

My husband and I went to this store yesterday with our teenager daughter who was shopping for some jeans. The minute after we entered, a blond short girl immediately started following us, literally asking “do you guys need anything” every 5 minutes. Mind you this was 5pm on a weekday, and there were 2 other customers besides us, but she did not leave our side. At one point we saw her tipping this Asian girl who was folding clothes to do the same as we walked towards her direction. My teenage daughter saw this and felt very uncomfortable. We were directly profiled, as usual. They kept asking and following us( the only black people) in the store literally every second. We were gonna spend a good amount of money here but we were so uncomfortable with their treatment, we left and went next door to Garage and shopped there. We felt profiled, very uncomfortable and will never return here. Please teach your associates customer service skills, and maybe a culture appropriation class??? Very disappointed!

I ordered a watch for my son online, it was priced at $175 plus tax. The watch arrived felt very flimsy and looked nothing like the photo (it looked like a 30 dollar Target watch). I went to this location to return the cheap quality watch and was told that " Jewelry are final sale". Keep in mind that this watch was not on clearance, but Tilly's has a policy of all sales are final on watches and jewelry... There's nowhere online that directly indicates all sales are final when looking at watches. You have to scroll to guest services then click on return & exchanges tab then read the policy. Keep in mind this is all in small print. This is a good scam Tilly's has going on especially because they do not inform their customers that the item in their cart are final sale. I talked to customer service and they basically told me "oh, well".I been to places that sell fine jewelry and they all have return & exchange polices. This store doesn't want to return their poor quality items because they know customers will not be happy when they receive it. Do yourself a favor and skip Tilly's.

I came to Tilly's on a mission: to find black jeans in a style/cut that fit me well. Being a small person, finding men's clothes that aren't huge on me is a challenge. In addition, many of the styles have been popular for the last decade make me look like a pear. Not what I'm going for.Needless to say, it was extremely comforting and refreshing when Jaime, one of the amazing people who was working that day, came to my aid. They helped me identify cuts that would accentuate what I want, hide what I don't like, and help me love my presentation. For the first time ever I was able to look in the mirror and see the goth boy that had yearned to be seen- and I even felt handsome.Jaime was extremely compassionate, validating, and went above and beyond to help me. I left feeling confident, seen, accepted, and excited to share my true self with the rest of the world. I am extremely grateful to Jaime for their support and highly recommend Tilly's if you want a wide variety of clothes, warm and welcoming staff, and a wonderful experience all around.

Most of the employees were very nice and friendly when they greeted me and one guy Johnny (?) was very nice to me when I asked for a fitting room. However when I was in the fitting room one of the workers asked if someone was inside and I said yes twice but she opened the door while I was changing when it clearly said my name on the door and she could have just looked underneath to see my feet under the opening...then I went to go look around at the t-shirt table and she came up behind me and glared over my and stood behind me for awhile which made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept exchanging rude glances at me while I was waiting in line. The line had about 15 people in it and there was only one cashier and none of the other 3 workers that were standing around came to help until about 10 minutes later. The girl who was standing behind me while shopping and staring at me rung me up and didn’t make eye contact with me. She has long brown hair and wore a red flannel. I like shopping at Tilly’s but I hate not feeling welcomed.

Felt very uncomfortable. They make you feel that you are going to shop left because they keep following you and watching what you’re doing. They make very obvious which is disrespectful.
