Lily was fantastic helping us today. She’s very professional, kind and knowledgeable, and knows the customers’ needs. Erik was also very kind and professional over the phone when we spoke with him earlier before making our way to the store. Ian, the supervisor was also very kind today and professional today as well.

Malik so professional he needs a raise of a 100 an hour because I have all the employees there. He has the BEST customer service he was excellent and outstanding. Very professional…Usually I have a bad experience there but he made me want to always go there to get Northface to buy things.

As I was having a time consuming, inconvenient problem with pulling up my reward, Malik(sales associate) was patient and helpful with the process.I called customer service and on their end helped located my reward.Thank you
