awful awful service. I went in there with an hour and a half to closing and I was asking questions about fixing one of my phones and upgrading the other and the woman was giving the worst attitude. she was answering me questions as if I should know the answers to them when it's HER JOB to give me answers. never going back to this location. she was no help at all

Visited the store to trade in my phone, but they claimed it had liquid damage and disqualified it. Two other T-Mobile stores verified its acceptable condition, and I cross-checked the liquid damage indicator (LDI) using T-Mobile's guidelines. The store's assessment seems inaccurate and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.Additionally, the customer service experience was disappointing. The discrepancy in assessing my phone’s condition caused confusion and inconvenience. Clear communication and accurate evaluations are crucial for customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, this was lacking during my visit.

Terrible terrible service. 2 girls engaged in the conversation without acknowledging the customer. After I approached them one of them was very nice and helpful answered all of my questions. I think that she was a trainer for the new employee. The other girl was so unwelcoming and disinterested . I was offered insurance for the phone which I said no thank you for. She asked me WHY Not!? It was not the words that were spoken, it was the way that they were delivered. That Was very rude . Because it's my money and I decide what to buy with it. I came to buy and spend not get interigated like that . Walked out of the store without completing purchase.Shame

Just had a terrible experience with an employee named Brett. Tried to get help with a change of responsibility and got told by him, with attitude, that I need to contact customer care, even though they assured me the store could do it. After getting a hold of a customer care rep, he had an argument with her in front of me on speaker that they don’t do that and told her to “get to it, that’s not his job.” He claimed that he turned down 3 other customers that wanted the same thing and that he’s been doing this for 4 years and knows everything. Whether that’s true or not I don’t care. What I do care about is how I was treated by him after being a T-Mobile customer for 9 years.

I needed help deleting saved passwords from a financial account.For weeks I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to accomplish this.In 2 minutes Jasmin fixed it.This store has always helped me extricate myself fom problems with my phone.I forgot to mention that I started coughing for some reason, and she very kindly brought me a cup of cold waterGreat employeeThanksBrandon Medow

Terrible customer service! They don’t have a defined waitlist system. We walked in and waited., then had to ask someone if there was a waitlist, to that we were told to wait. After noting our info they told us it will be an hour wait and they will text us when it’s our turn. An hour later we never received a text so we went back into the store. They looked confused when we ask how much longer and then tell us that the list was “accidentally” cleared out. So basically we would have never received a text. At this point we left because they were taking people that walked in after us.

T-Mobile Representative Rahul was great and helpful. My phone was overheating. I had insurance on the device so I just brought it in and they even upgraded me to a newer model. Jasmin, the customer support there also got be in and out very fast. She made sure the phone was at a location easy for me to reach. I was happy with the results. I got a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro for my IPhone XS that was overheating and couldn’t even hold or use at times.

Pedro GrimaceAldo was extremely quick and efficient when it came to upgrading me and my families phones. Not only that, his fellow co-worker Brett mentioned the fact that apple watches might benefit us. We ended up leaving the store with 3 new phone and 3 apple watches. I highly recommend this store as they are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. All the negative comments below do not know what they are talking about. Will most definitely be back at this store! This place had horrible customer service I walked in and no one said “hi how can I help you” or anything I sat there with only 2 other costumers and 3 employees they were just sitting on their phone at the counter doing nothing they looked at me multiple times and didn’t help I even told one of the employees that I wasn’t with another costumer and he still ignored me and walked away, and then after that another lady walked in and then he helped her instead of me when I was there first. I would never recommend going here ever.

Very rude men that work here. I walked in no one said hello or "someone will be with u in a moment". They just disappeared off into the back. Then one came out and stood at the counter playing a video on his phone. Still not speaking. There was another customer in the store who wasn't being helped. I could understand if it was busy but it wasn't.... just me and the other customer. I wasn't greeted until a young lady came from the back of the store to assist 5 to 10 mins later. Customer service begins at the door. Just say hello. Otherwise, it just some off rude and for me is was disrespectful.
