Excellent customer service! ?
I called Sleep Rx yesterday (in a panic) when I realized that parts of our CPAP equipment didn’t get packed for our stay in Chicago.
I spoke with Ronnie and was immediately comforted by his professionalism and care in helping me. Both my husband and I are so grateful for how he went above & beyond to help us! We were able to get a good night’s rest last night. We thank you & we appreciate you!!!

Best service and company! They were resourceful. They helped with new product. The team of people there are fantastic. I've worn a CPAP machine for several years. This is the first time I am totally comfortable. Five stars for sure. They are great!

My dad has been on his CPAP for 3 months now and speaking to Jamie (I’m sorry if that is not your name it’s just what I heard, I apologize) yesterday made a great difference in the type of service that my dad is in good hands if he needs to speak to someone when I am not available to there.

I've been getting my cpap machine from this company for several years now and they are the best. Ron has been the person I've always talked to. I've had several questions, and once thought my machine was broken. He took a great deal of time to make sure he understood my concern, tested the machine several times and explained patiently why he was convinced it was working fine. I've had other interactions with him and he's always glad to help. It always feels like you're dealing with a real human being not a corporate employee who's reading from a script. He's competent and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile. The company provides great support.

We have been getting cpap supplies from here for years now. Anytime we've had an issue (not even their fault) they have been really supportive and helpful. Really phenomenal customer service.

They have the worst customer service ever. They are manipulative arrogant liars. They been telling me one thing and then there is totally something else... I am waiting for any cpap mashine since August 3th and still no call from them. And I have severe sleep apnea, I am losing memory and many other health issues. I am considering legal options against this company.

My husband and I have been loyal Sleep RX customers for over 8 years now. We can't say enough about how great we think the Sleep RX team is.Through the years, we've worked frequently with Ronny for CPAP supply orders by phone. He is friendly, respectful, and highly efficient. Besides Ronny, I have spoken to management staff as well as other customer support personnel. Each team member at Sleep RX gives their customers a feeling of professional, yet personal care.They really listen to concerns, questions, and are prepared to work with customers when difficulties arise like with my elderly mother. She underwent a sleep study, was diagnosed as severe Sleep Apnea, but could not tolerate any mask she tried. (She really wanted to work with the CPAP device; however, she had an oppressive/claustrophobic reaction, and it made her terribly fearful.) I was so grateful to speak with Sleep RX management, who were so understanding with her situation, and I was kindly allowed to return the CPAP device.Moreover, my husband has been with Sleep RX longer than I and is now awaiting his third CPAP machine. Throughout his current order, the process with Sleep RX has been so easy. Company reps, Jade, Ronny, and others have kept us informed when paperwork was being emailed, confirmed with us acceptance of paperwork, device prepped for shipment, and finally shipping details.You can see customer satisfaction in every facet of their operation.
