The store had very good employees who are well informed and helpful.
I wish that the company provided literature to take home so customers can review the mattresses.

I had an absolutely incredible experience! Carmen is the best! It was extremely easy making my mattress decision due to how knowledgeable Carmen was. Also the staff at this location are very personable, making it easier for me to have confidence in the decision I ended up making. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience with Sleep Number’s purchase and return process, which felt like an outright scam. I bought a Sleep Number mattress, trusting their promise of customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the mattress did not work for me, so I decided to return it within the trial period.
To my shock, when I called customer service, I was informed about a significant return fee that was never mentioned nor was the delivery and setup fee at the time of purchase . The representatives were unapologetic and unhelpful, insisting that the fee was part of the policy, which I found incredibly misleading and deceptive.
This experience felt like Sleep Number was intentionally scamming customers with hidden fees and a convoluted return process.
I feel completely fooled and scammed by Sleep Number. Their deceptive practices and poor customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before purchasing from Sleep Number.

A friend suggested I try a Sleep Number pillow to help with support when side sleeping. Walked in completely uninformed and started asking questions and sharing what I was wanting. Staff was amazing. Patient, knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. Walked out with a new pillow and 5 days later I’m a satisfied customer.

Dennis was a pleasure to work with as we were adding sheets and pillows to our bed. We have found that the Sleep Number sheets work the best on the bed and wash great.
