Terrible services specially store manager Adrian . He Has attitude making fun about customers. We purchased Shoes , we just want to exchange it same brand same price different model he refused because we lost the receipt. He claimed that is store policy. But when walk in the store the cashier said it ok we can do that . We when to different store they exchange it with no hassle.
This case will not stop here , it’s not about shoes or money any more . We have been insulted by the store manager .

The worst sketchers and customer service is terrible. The employees couldn’t be bothered and they were so lazy and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I don’t understand how this place is still open. I came in for first time today. No one said hi or anything to me when I came in. There were 4 or 5 employees on the floor when I was there. I walked around for 20-30 minutes and not one employee asked me if I needed help finding something. Even though I looked in their direction many times. When I arrived. There were about 4 employees at the register and they’re were arguing with an angry customer about something. After that encounter, almost all those employees went to the back of the store to talk to each other. They talked loudly and didn’t pay attention to anything else around them. At one point I went up to two of them who were talking and asked them a simple question, one of them answered but Didn’t give me a complete answer. The shoes were not in the right boxes and not under the right shoes. Later, before I left all4 or 5 employees were in the back talking to each other. I had some more questions but I didn’t feel comfortable interrupting them again, when they clearly weren’t interested in helping customers. So I just left. I think all those employees should be let go. Lastly, there were more employees in the store than customers the whole time I wa s there. This store needs a lot of work.

Had a terrible experience potentially motivated by racism at this store. Was trying on shoes and had kept some pairs I liked on the floor while trying on some other ones. Staff yelled at us for leaving shoes on the floor when we explained that we were going to buy those they also blamed us for leaving shoes out in another aisle that we had not taken out. When we calmly explained that we weren’t responsible for taking those out, he still kept yelling at us. Very poor behavior from the staff.

Extremely rude staff! Started screaming at us for someone else leaving shoes that they tried on and dropped on the floor. Not at all a pleasant experience to shop here. Please find other Skechers showrooms.

Extremely rude staff. They tried blaming us for leaving shoes out in the aisle where we hadn’t even touched any of the shoes. They not only lost business, but also left a bad reputation for multiple customers present at the store

Would give zero stars if possible. Found the new work boots I wanted, had 25% off email, on the bottom of the email it says if using in store to show the email. Apparently without a barcode coupon is useless in the store. Skechers lost a customer on this one
