Called to confirm if a product was in store, the person on the phone was very rude and didn't want to say yes we have it or we don't. He wanted me to come to the store and find out myself. All it takes is 1 sec to look and help customers but this what you get here.

I love this store, very friendly owner, great selection of ingredients for Indian or Pakistani recipes. I felt lucky to find such a place (and actually there are several similar stores like this in the area) relatively close to where I was staying in the Chicago area!
