This used to be my go to gas station but last year I noticed that their price was much higher than nearby stations and even in Chicago. Ever since I have not returned. Their price used to be low or on par with other stations. I don't know why it is higher now.

I asked for my rewards to be added as I purchased gas. It was .23 off a gallon and I use Mid-grade because I have a Volvo. Anyway once I noticed that it didn't apply I was yelled at by the man with no teeth at the bottom! He is constantly rude to women and people of color specifically but when I see a non perfect of color arguing with him he's so apologetic and calm. If he's the owner he needs to be taken from him. He's a nasty man and I will NEVER GO BACK!!

The gentlemen who works evenings has given me different prices for my tobacco products every time I go in. I tried calling him out on it but he didn't want to hear it.

The rudest staff ever! Will not be going back to this Shell. I should have just gone to the Shell on Oakton like I normally do but just decided to stop here since I was passing by, but never again!!! I now see why it's always empty-should consider a more friendly staff!!

The nite attended called the cops on me because I asked him for a key to the bathroom. Told the cops that I was in there threatening him while the whole time I was recording the whole thing with my phone. Tim, on the line with the cops lying. I don't know who this night shift attend it is but this is the third time I came here with him and all three times. He's been extremely lazy on responsive and rude. Normally during the regular shift for his the guy there has always been very nice, kind and always on point with his customer service. If the owner reads this, could you please get a hold of me? I would like you to judge for yourself. Like I said everything is on recording.

I like this convenience store quite a lot.Most of the 7-Eleven‘s and other convenience stores around here are staffed by Middle Eastern people, who - bless their hearts - tend to range from not friendly to actually quite rude.This station is staffed by Latina women who are, in my experience, overall quite charming. I speak only a little Spanish, but Latino people tend to be extremely forgiving of bad Spanish - and grateful that you attempt to talk to them in their language. This is quite different from the way we Americans treat Latino people whose English is not, by our standards, up to par.The station is only a couple of blocks from the Best Buy store on Howard. I recently purchased the Best Buy Total Tech Protection plan, which is - in my humble opinion – one helluva good deal for an entrepreneur/free-lance writer who needs tech support.I have spent most of last year and a half roaming through the Western North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains - and then rural Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana - where Best Buy stores are as rare as hen’s teeth. As long as I stay in Chicago, I intend to make big use of that Tech Support package and walk into the store for face-to-face support as often as I can.Whenever possible, I intend to patronize this store for my $1.09 coffee and my gas.

Pump wasn't reading my loyalty number so I went inside, card reader wasn't reading number so Ahmed instead of kindly explaining the situation after I asked why, he responded, "that's your problem, not mine." I decided to not make it my problem or a place I'll do business with.

This shell is very unsafe and unprofessional! I was driving through the car wash when the store manager told me to go through even though they had no attendant. As I was proceeding through the car wash the floor below me decided to cave in due to the lack of infrastructure and unsafe conditions brought upon by the employees. My car is totaled and has tons of body damage and nobody has reached out to me in regards to helping me or paying to get it fixed. My left back wheel was broken as they tried to tow my car out and my body has significant damage and my car is un drive able
