I can not recommend schaefers enough . they went the extra mile to ensure that my lovely elderly parents in England could send a wonderful Christmas box of wine and cheese to their brother in Chicago. A big thank to Mick Ter Haar for his patience and kindness he was amazing and I am so grateful.Fully recommend enough

I have been really touched by the service and help given by mick to help my parents in England who are 86 send a gift to mums brother in Chicago who is in his 70s . mick was patient and supportive in sorting payment issues and my uncle is overjoyed with his gift . a service that goes the extra mile in providing beautiful gifts - thank you so much 10 out of 10

We contracted Schaefer’s to provide beer, wine, and spirits for our wedding in August 2023. Their prices are very reasonable. They were prompt with the delivery of our beverages and they independently coordinated the pick-up of all unopened containers at the end of the night. I would highly recommend Schaefer’s for all of your event beverage needs.

I like the manageability of Schaefer's. It's easy to get in and out and for the size of the place, the selection is large. I am a member of their CAPS rewards program (free) which means they have a record of that great bottle you bought and you don't have to remember what it was. Cheese, snacks, crackers, good beer, cider offerings. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Even with ongoing construction on Gross Point Rd, it'sl easy to get in and out via Old Orchard Road and their parking lot always has room. Why go big box when you can get service here? Cheers!

I was out of town, and I needed to send a gift to a friend in Wilmette. One phone call to Mick and he put together a beautiful gift box and had it delivered the next day. It was a perfect experience. And so easy!

Prices keep going up and customer service keeps getting worse. I waited over 8 minutes in line while 3 employees were just standing around. Put my purchases back and left.
