RackAttack installed the wiring harness I needed to accompany the trailer hitch on my Rav 4 Hybrid (which they installed a couple of years ago). The entire experience (again) was hassle-free, professional and friendly. All done in about an hour, as promised. I highly recommend RackAttack.

Rack attack is amazing! I cannot recommend this particular store enough. Nick, the GM, is wonderful! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the products in the store. He helped me with a Yakima JayLow Kayak Rack. In addition to being immensely helpful, he was wonderful to talk to, friendly, and nice. I left the store feeling confident in the hardware that I have for transporting my kayak and like I had a new friend. I will be going to Rack Attack for ALL of my car accessory needs.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Amazingly friendly. Very knowledgeable. They installed a hitch for me and it was easier and quicker than they thought, so they charged me less. I wish I had more cars so I could go here and get more hitches installed. They also have a great selection of racks, roof tents, and accessories like that. If you're looking for a rack, a hitch, or installation, don't even bother dealing with u-haul, call up rack attack.

If you need to figure out a roof rack or hitch setup go here. You will get someone who knows these systems and can give you the best guidance. I love REI, but the chances of getting help from an associate that knows the Yakima or Thule systems in depth are slim.

Nick was my contact person and installer at Rack Attack. He was familiar with all of the product lines that Rack Attack represents. His focus was on making sure that my needs were met and ensuring that I had the right equipment. This attribute was matched by his excellent installation skills. If a rating above 5 stars existed, I would give it to Rack Attack.

No matter how poorly you explain what you think you want, these guys will get you exactly what you need. Really happy with the upgraded crossbars and new hitch on my Subaru Outback.

The people at Rack Attack are always friendly and caring. Their number one concern is customer satisfaction. I have bought a top rack and a bike rack on two separate occasions. Prices were good, they were helpful in any way imaginable and when I had a problem with the straps (the following summer) on my bike rack, they actually found a newer/better version of the straps and replaced them at no cost to me. Trustworthy place of business on Dempster Street in Skokie, Illinois.
