Spent over $20k at pottery barn. Had one of the pieces (a chair) break within 6 months just from sitting on it. I’m not a big guy, I’m 160 lbs. They won’t replace it or provide any help. Don’t shop there it’s a ripoff.

Can find a lot of good stuff for home. Furniture, different types of pillows, vases, even candles and plates. Workers are polite and friendly. Prices are reasonable for different types of items, so really depends what you're looking for. But there are sales opportunities.

Wanted to purchase an item, was told it wasn't in stock. Item was in my hand. Was told they could order for me with additional shipping charges. Not sure when stores stopped taking money in exchange for product. This is why the internet is winning. Poor customer service.
