My husband and I had an awesome experience working with Tabi The last 2 days. The customer service from everyone was so amazing and much needed after a very difficult and stressful situation. They were even super sweet to my kiddos waiting out in the lobby! Thank you Tabi!!!!

This is a CASHLESS BANK NOW. They walled up the teller window (that was already agonizingly slow to begin with) and are now "solutions focused". I have come here multiple times in the past to get quarters and make cash deposits and withdrawals and can no longer do that, I was told to go to the location in Lincolnwood. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A CASHLESS BANK.

It's a terrible bank, they make you wait for an hour but they didn't open an account, they say you are tired, come back later.

What type of bank doesn’t take a CASH deposit? You can only deposit cash with a debit card at this branch, which I don’t have. Absolutely ridiculous.

PNC bank is a terrible bank. They don’t get anything right. CS is a joke. “Supervisors” dont know anything if you can get through to them. after buying my mortgage seven months ago, they don’t know when to pay property taxes. They charged my bank account for two mortgage payments in different amounts for January and didn’t reimburse me until I contacted the IL Atty General. It’s run by deep layers of incompetency.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a PNC branch. Generally my experience has been great in all other locations Nationwide, but the branch manager along with all the bankers here are absolutely incompetent and rude.I WILL be contacting corporate.

This location is one of if not the worst I’ve been to. Their branch manager is rude. The employees are incompetent. If you try to do a simple withdrawal through their drive-thru, it will take them an unnecessary 10–15 min. They will ask you to move to the front door to help the next person behind you. It shouldn’t take that long to do a simple withdrawal (for exact change otherwise use the ATM) when you give them all the necessary documents (ID/ debit card) The rep told me I didn’t have the funds and quoted my account at 100.00 less. I told them to recheck the account because I know my balance. Sure enough, they just couldn’t read. Overcompensating and making things more difficult than they have to be for a simple withdrawal. If you have to deal with the reps (their bankers or tellers) go to another location. Otherwise, you should only go here for atm transactions and even then their drive-thru atm machine 8/10 times does not take cash deposits so you have to drive back around to physically go inside to do cash deposits in the entrance to the lobby.

My grandson has a Rep Payee account and the social security check is deposited a day or two after the monthly end date. These accounts are not supposed to have fees since it is direct deposit however I now have to call every month since this keeps happening. The call is routed to a call center in India so after entering your info they still ask every question. Still better than 5/3 where the woman set up a regular savings and insisted it was a rep payee which I said was not the same, which soc sec refused twice. Not worth the hassle to fight the nonsense $7 fee almost every month now.

I was racially profiled I came in to cash a check which it was from their bank ..I had my ID.. but she said I couldn't cash it unless I had a credit card or another debit card.. but she still hesitated so I went an got my debit card which was from another bank ...an she was still hesitate to cash it an she said its going to be a 20 % to cash it.. I was like really...so all an all it took.me almost 30 minutes to.cash one of their own checks.. very poor customer service.

They made my 80 year old father walk there twice with the understanding that he could exchange coins for cash. When he returned with the change he was turned away because he didn't have an account. They made him roll 13 bucks in pennies and it was pointless. Stay away ..there are hundreds of banks that know how to treat people. And btw, they have their friends and relatives post bs, 5 star reviews, apparently because they can't get those reviews any other way...

Been going here for years and this older Indian gentleman decides to give me a hard time, about asking for a roll of quarters. Just give me the quarters. I understand the shortage due to pandemic. This guy needs something to do, if he's that bored.
