Petersen SAAB is the BEST! We own two SAABs, one of which we bought from them. They are always friendly, helpful, and are great at problem-solving. It’s great to deal with a shop that is local and owned by the person you deal with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

If you drive a SAAB in the Chicago area Peterson should be a go-to resource. While I do most of my own work, I frequently take both my modern 9-3 and classic 900 to Peterson for support.

I recently brought my 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman in to replace the break sensers and an oil change. Tyler and Ian couldn't have been more professional. They kept me posted while doing the work and even picked me up at the train station after work so I could pick my car up. I owed 2 Saabs before my Mini so I have been going to Petersen for 20 years. It's nice to see that the new owners have kept up and exceeded the level of service I have experienced in the past for HALF the price of getting my car serviced at the dealership! Whatever you drive I highly suggest taking your car to the pro's at Petersen!
