Great store, even more, great people. Everyone is personable, professional, and invested in all the Peloton products. We’ve purchased a Bike+, Tread, and Guide from this location. They’ve also got apparel which is a great gift for those folks in your life who Peloton.

Had a great experience working with Quinton Johnson of the Skokie Peloton store. I wanted to get a 2nd bike for our vacation home in Puerto Rico. Quinton went out of his way to patiently explain the process and help me in scheduling the delivery. He was very responsive to all of my follow up questions. Great purchase experience all around!

This is a bit of an out-of-the-ordinary review for me/not the foodie reviews I usually do, but after the great customer service we received from Quinton, I just had to share the experience. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the overall experience at this store was wonderful. We recently placed an order for a Peloton bike online but wanted to visit one of their store locations to try on shoes and also get a crash course on the Peloton experience. Quinton greeted us as soon as we walked in and walked us through the entire process -- he began by meeting our needs as far as our top priority, getting fitted for shoes. After that, we mentioned that we hadn't used a Peloton before. Quinton proceeded to walk us through the entire bike experience: how to adjust the bike for the first time to make sure it fits us perfectly, how to clip in and out with the delta shoes, and tips for beginners on how to navigate the Peloton bike interface. We also received cards with our specific measurements so we would be ready to go as soon as the bike arrives next week. You could really tell how passionate he was about the product, and it was infectious/got us excited about getting our own. My only regret is that we ordered online instead of at this location. If you're doubtful about purchasing a Peloton and want a great, pressure-free, engaging experience, I'd highly recommend visiting this store and placing your order there if you end up loving it!

My experience with, Michael Liberman was exceptional! Michael is very knowledgeable of the Peloton brand in which he walked me through how to setup my app, what to expect when my bike arrive, and was very patient with me.If you been looking or thinking about getting Peloton product with a great experience come to Peloton at Old Orchard shopping center in Skokie, Illinois to see, Michael!

This store is super friendly and amazing accommodating staff. I am sorry to see such negative reviews here as we have visited this store for many of our Peloton purchase needs and have always had a very positive inviting experience. I encourage you to visit this store as you will not regret as the staff here is super passionate all about what Peloton is about and what it has to offer!

Customer Service is exactly what I received by Corrina. I had an issue with my order I not only received a genuine apology she had my issue resolved quickly. I was blown away by her above and beyond approach to resolving my issue. I would recommend going to the store people are always better than phone trees. She’s the best.

we ordered a bike and was set up for delivery twice. the delivery company did not follow up on either delivery as described. They canceled on the day of delivery both times. Two days of vacation time taken and no bike yet. No follow up unless we call. Store guaranteed delivery the last time and no show on the delivery. Very poor communication and service. Don't wast your valuable time. They do not care after the sale. Look at Better Business, same issues and under active investigation. Charge you for product and never deliver. Don't get caught in this. do your homework this is the norm.
