“Chicago Super Pawn is one of the better pawn shops to go to in Chicago . Wally is a fair guy and I never worry about pawning my valuables there. Of course they want to get their payments, just like any business would ,but they are not in the business of trying to steal your pawned items from you the minute your contract expires unlike other shops hope to . They were really good with me when I was hospitalized for a month and I was unable to get there .Wally worked with me being that it was a legitimate emergency. Also another good thing is that you can use your credit card to make your payment if you are out of town , have transportation issues or if it is just more convenient for you. I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services and I give them a big thumbs up .?”

“Extremely satisfied with my purchase here. Man I was looking everywhere online for a good controller because I needed it right now and they came in clutch. Was able to find me a good xbox 1 controller, Bluetooth enabled for the low. The store itself was nice af on the inside and the cashier Oscar was nice, polite and helpful. Thank God I found them on offer up. It was a lil drive but worth it. Ws able to save me some money going thru them instead of another spot. So all in all I would recommend to another person to check em out. Oh and the controller works 100% the last one I got at another pawnshop, 1 of the bumper buttons didn't work so I'm happy this one works great. I'm able to connect it to my phone and works seamlessly. Thanks?”

“There's three managers that work at this location they're so awesome today is June 10th 2023 time 1:57 p.m. my experience in this Cash America pawn shop. example I pawned it something there for $40 and I could not make the payment 2 months went by and so the manager called me told me that I have something that I have to make a payment or I'll lose it I told him I need more time and manager said yes so I don't lose my merchandise. “Recently purchased a used Canon DSLR from Fullerton Pawners. I saw the listing on Facebook marketplace, and after a bit of research and comparison shopping, I messaged them inquiring about it. I got prompt, professional, and honest responses from Saman.
I wanted to trade in my Canon T6 Rebel to cut down on the price, but Saman was upfront with me that they wouldn't be able to sell it and explained why, and also noted I'd likely get more money selling it individually. They even knocked $25 off the price in recognizing my desire to get the camera a little more in budget. This spoke volumes to me regarding their honesty and integrity as sellers, and made me quite confident in buying from them.
The camera I was buying did have another potential buyer, so I was asked to put down a deposit to have priority over the other purchaser. I happily put down $100 and picked the camera up the next day. Saman greeted me and let me look over the camera and all the included accessories. Happy, I bought the camera. I even asked if they happened to have batteries or a charger for it and he and I looked through a bit of their inventory, sadly they didn't, but the willingness to search and confirm was again fantastic customer service.
I am very pleased, not only with my new camera, but with my experience. I'd easily recommend these guys to anyone looking to either sell to a pawn shop or buy an item they're listing.”

“I was a little apprehensive to go to a pawn shop to get rid of some jewelry I decided to get rid of while doing some spring cleaning. I had never used a pawn shop before, and was a little unsure but they walked me through the process, and I felt really comfortable doing business with A&B. I was surprised at the value they gave me, cash on the spot. He was really honest on some of the pieces I brought in that weren't much value and I would be better off selling those items on my own.
