Over a two hour wait and the nurse was unbelievably rude! She was just sitting on her phone Giggling while patients are waiting for hours. Just awful! Never come here!

If I could give zero stars I would. This review is regarding the LACK of concern, care for my 92 year old mother. She was diagnosed with t12 and L4 compressions. She already had surgery on L2/3 (plated and screwed) and Vertebroplasty t11 and l4. One doctor recommended a spine surgeon or pain doctor. Was able to make an appt. Then md canceled due to going out of town. Made another appt one week later. Then nurse calls and says surgeon is not the doctor to see. Send us to another department. (we were looking for a md to be able to authorize a brace to help her back) . This doc was pushing drugs which my mother is in favor. His office wanted a telephone visit in lieu of actual visit. Once on the phone he only wanted to give her drugs. He is REFUSING to order a brace for a 92 year old who is in pain, at times screams out in in pain...other times cries....HE NEEDS TO BE STRIPPED of his medical license. STAY AWAY....

Came to the immediate care and the receptionist with short pink hair was very rude and unprofessional.. We came here for an emergency and she rudely told us we couldn't see a doctor because we didn't make an appointment. I asked where else we should go and she ROLLED her eyes and said to go to the ER. I can't believe someone like that is working for Northshore. We will not be back.

The wait time was a long hour 40 minutes but I like the call back system so I could wait in the isolated comfort of my car instead of a packed waiting room. The medical staff seemed competent once I was called to see a doctor.

The tent no longer exists. It is a 2 hour wait at immediate credit for a covid test.

This is the worst medical practice i have ever been to. I have waited 2 weeks for the Doctor to call me back . When i called for an appointment in November 2020 they told me they have,no appointments until Feb 19 2021. Dr Wojciechowski had told me she needed to follow up with me every 3 weeks. Then i asked for a refill for a medication and its been 2weeks and nobody has refiled it .Evertime i call to find out what is going on they take my number and dont call back . They are in it for the money and not patience care . I will never recommend this place or Dr Wojciechowsk. This is why i belive they have lost a few Doctors there in the last year . If you want good health i advise you to find another health system .

Tonight, my husband and I went to this immediate care center to be seen for a bad cut needing stitches. We showed up at 530, and we were told there was an hour and a half wait and the doctor isn't accepting more patients. This was the only immediate care in our network open that wasn't reserved as a covid testing site. We drove from Chicago, and their hours state they're open until 8pm. The receptionist told us that if it's truly an emergency, we can seek care at an emergency room... not the best financial option for us by any means. Just poor service all the way around. **note: an hour and a half wait from 530 is 7pm. Hope they enjoyed their early night off

My test was misplaced and I need to go tested again. I went to the drive thru on dec 4, 2020. The northshore employee directing traffic named Nancy was extremely rude. I told I was gonna complain but I didn't.

Do not get Covid Tested at their site. Rapid test takes over 24 hours and then they will notify you are negative and request you stay home for 7 days and refuse a doctors note to return to work until day 7.....even if f****** negative!!!

This review is about the NorthShore system for pediatrics. This practice is huge & you are just a number. They can't manage their schedules, so there is almost never a doctor or nurse available to take your question. They want you to use their online system, but if you send a message, no one will read it (you can see your message marked as "not yet read by staff" 8+ hours after you sent it). And good luck getting connected to a nurse on the phone. And this has happened on multiple occasions. During COVID, I brought my kids in for their yearly check up specifically for their vaccines. Well, their ordering system was down so no vaccines & no one bothered to call or tell us ahead of time. Multiple needless appointments during a pandemic is not great, with work & school missed. I love my kids' doctor--he is kind & knowledgable. I really do not love this practice though. And since our doc is likely close to retirement, I don't recommend this practice for pediatrics. We will be switching as soon as we can.

Went to immediate care at this location for a Covid test at the request of a Dr I was trying to see. Was about an hour, waited in my car til they called me in. No nasal swab!! Throat swab, out in moments, results in less than 24 hours. Very professional.
