I recently brought my Lexus IS250 to North Pointe with a severe transmission shifting problem, fearing the worst. Adam diagnosed it as an electronic issue rather than the transmission, however, and fixed it by replacing the car's Electronic Control Module. The service was extremely professional, quick, and was the equal of any Lexus dealership at a more competitive price. Adam's knowledge and competence are exceptional, he is personable and straightforward, and I can say without hesitation this was the highest quality repair experience I've had.

Needed new front brake pads and rotors and they managed to get me in the same day after analyzing the issue. Great and quick service too!

I have been very leery of these import shops as many do a horrible job and are very dishonest.adam has given me back the confidence that many shops lack this day & age.my diagnosis was honest and done right.thanks i will be back and refer you to my buddies looking for a good shop.

North Pointe Motors was able to diagnose the electrical problem with our 2001 Audi S4 very quickly and efficiently correct the problem at a very competitive price. We certainly plan to bring all of of our German made cars back to them for service.

Adam and staff did a great job fixing 2003 Mercedes. They sent me a detailed estimate and completed the job quickly and expertly. We take all our cars to North Pointe motors. Fair, honest and friendly.

Tim and Adam were extremely professional and friendly. Nevertheless Tim put myblower motor back to work. Pulling out the whole dash out wasn't an easy task I know for a fact to get to it and replacing with a new one .Now my 93 Volvo 240 blower motor blows like a champ.Thanks Tim for an awesome job.This is the place I would recommend to bring your German or European car to.No doubt in my mind Very trustworthy mechanics!.
