I subscribed a few months ago, last month I chose my own fix and loved it, this month I chose my own fix and they ignored it, I am being sent dryer balls... I did not choose dryer balls.

Yes I have been trying to cancel my subscription to you guys and no one will call back or answer the phone. Yes I like the stuff but I don't use it at all. So to me it's a waste of time to get it
