I'm really impressed with the Halloween merch at this location! So many styles - so fun! Can't decide what to buy! I'm really partial to these beautifully eerie styles with skeletons and bats.

Won't shop here again. Even if it's the closest location. The blonde older woman is so rude at the cash register. Had to see her twice in one week. Steer clear and just use self check out. Sad. There was a kind woman though that helped me at one of the aisles when I was looking for feathers.

What happened to this store??? This store focused more on craft materials than art supplies! Sooner or later Michaels will probably eliminate the art sections which I'll stop shopping here and go to Blick's...

First the positives in that the folks in framing are positive and were always pleasant. When I was returning finished frames and canceling a custom order due to their ineptness at the actual framing, they asked no questions and gave refunds right away. So the folks are fine.The issue is that I brought in 5 large prints, mounted on a thin styrene board so that they are stiff. The team said it was no problem to mount them. When you mount a print like this, it must be reinforced and not simply "taped to the back of the mat" (as most prints are), because the weight of the print will cause the mat to buckle. The moment I returned to my studio, one of the prints was buckled. I brought it in for a repair, they told me it was because I framed without glass. Print was repaired as I waited. Two days later I had the same issue with a different print (photo attached).Finally I canceled the order on the attached print and went to another frame store in the same mall. The owner of the other store confirmed that they do not reinforce the prints which is what caused the mat to buckle. I'm now going to pay extra and bring the other completed prints in to him to correct what Michaels can't do.

Sure I can! Went in and they now have self checkout. First of all the cashier that was telling people use the self checkout. Well maybe I don't want to use it. Ringing up my own items and bagging, I'm not employed at Michaels. She said put your code in and you will get your 40% off. Well I rang up everything and it did not take 40% off from my regular priced item. I told her and she said I would have to cancel it and do it all over again. I'm like what and I'm like are you kidding me. Needless to say I was like forget it and left with the items. However was was so upset I went back and decided to return everything. That same cashier told me I had to get in line. I'm like I just talked to you and but you have to get in line. Which in turn I asked for her manager and she then called manager and told me to wait for them. I was furious to say the least. I waited, then 4 minutes later she was like I can refund it. I wish I got her name because I would have reported her. This cashier should not be working with customers she had an awful attitude. This happened the end of September I have not been in since and will not be going back. I hope this gets to corporate Micheals and understand that a loyal customer was lost because of this cashier. I rather go to hobby lobby.

It's been a long time since I saw my niece because they lived in their own house. Yesterday I decided to visit them. But before that I will give her a present. She's now 5 years old and I'm thinking of buying toys. I entered this place and there were so many people inside. I went to the toy section. There are a lot of different toys to choose from. It comes with a box. Some are at a fair price, some are cheaper and some are expensive. I just bought a toy that looks cute. It was a Barbie doll with a house. I'm sure my niece will love this. Aside from that I also buy her candies and chocolate. It comes with plastic. I bought sweet candies because my niece doesn't like sour candy. Overall I bought everything I needed. I gave this 5 stars rating.

I purchased 6 large vases for pickup and they bagged them in one bag, without even doubling it. I usually go to a different location where they use bubble wrap on a side for vase. This was quite disappointing.
