I showed the Jackie the bed I would like to do and that I saw a promotion online and would like to do that promotion. Jackie gave me the promotion I saw online, I then realized it cost me more to process my order at the store and for me to pick it up vs me ordering it online myself and have it delivered with taxes?. Jackie was very helpful and gave me a call back and worked with Jerry and was able to give me the mattress lower and added a mattress protector! They really were able to help me and make it a better experience. Would definitely say they are about us as customers! Very very very thankful for your help!

Mark is definitely an SME in mattresses and I had a terrific experience. I have been debating forever to get a new mattress and finally took the plunge. Mark was so great at keeping the kids entertained allowing me time to pick the best fit for our family. He is professional and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.
