I went perusing while waiting for an appointment and LET ME TELL YOU-I am so happy I did. I was approached by V and her energy was immaculate from the get go-we talked about scents and what kind of products I was into and she customized a whole line for me. I have been to plenty of Lush’s in the past but this will now be my staple store and I will be looking for V every time!!

I usually love going here but today I had a bad experience with a floor leader. She was really rude to me when I asked for samples because my skin has been having a lot of sensitivity and I didn’t want to commit to a product yet. But the size of these samples really disappointed me, I really don’t have enough to put on my whole face… (this is herbalism and angels on bare skin) I went today, 10/31 around 2:00pm. The other brand ambassadors were so kind to me but the floor leader avoided me the whole time and acted so stand off ish. I’m genuinely really disappointed with my experience today.

I’m a huge fan of lush and was going to another location near me but one day decided to check out the old orchard one. Not only do they always have an incredible selection, their staff goes above and beyond. Tucker is absolutely one of the best lush employees that I have interacted with. He gives terrific customer service and is a joy to see every time I walk in there! Someone give that man a raise!

Me and a friend came in today to exchange some products that she no longer used and the associate helping us during transaction, Sabrina, was very combative. She made me extremely uncomfortable the whole transaction and questioned/argued with my friend on the products she was exchanging. I absolutely love going to this Lush, but the entire interaction I had with this associate makes me not want to come back to this specific location, which is very unfortunate and strange seeing as I’ve never been treated in such a way ever at any other Lush location.

Just lovely! Wonderful staff and huge selection. One of the bigger Lush stores in the area, it's got a larger selection than most and has plenty of fun things to try. Definitely trust Lush, I have VERY sensitive skin but I never have issues with them and allergens are clearly labeled. :)

My girlfriend and I took a detour into lush a few days ago. We were immediately and friendly greeted and shown around the store by Tucker and the other member of the team. they were very friendly and informative; and answered all the questions we shot their way. great team and experience at lush!!

They offer so many samples to try out. We specifically like the soaps, they smell so nice and so many different choices. Nice staffs too.

Great service great productsI got shampoo and conditioner. Everything is very pricey and as much as I like it I can't afford to be a regular.They should do rewards or buy one get one half off.I didn't see anything like that ?. Great if you have money to throw away!
